Located in the tranquil Cascade Village area near the Grand Hyatt, this home offers convenience and quiet. Hop on the nearby shuttle to Vail Village or Lionshead. In winter, enjoy quick access to the lifts. In summer, explore hiking trails, mountain views, and local festivals.
The home is near a free shuttle stop for easy access to Vail attractions. Parking for 3 vehicles is available on-site.
Guests have access to the entire home, garage, deck, and hot tub.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the fireplace is currently out of service. Due to a missing damper, using it would cause smoke to fill the home, which is a safety hazard and against local regulations. We have repairs scheduled for the spring. Thank you for keeping the fire unlit for now!

Absolutely Beautiful place in a perfect location. Tons of space to spread out and very comfortable home. We especially loved how well stocked it was and all the amenities like the outdoor grill and hot tub. My only knock on the place is that we stayed there in June and the home has no A/C(We knew this going in). The cool nights helped but leaving windows open in the master at night was a challenge due to the noise from I-70. It was pretty stuffy at night. It would be nice if there were fans or something for air movement in the bedrooms. The only curling fan is in the top floor bedroom. There was also major construction happening next door and they got started at 7:30 every weekday morning. With the windows open that was a bit frustrating. Full transparency, we didn’t sleep great. With that said it’s an amazing house. With some fans it would be perfect.
