Space


Located at the historic Blue Church Lodge, a Victorian-era style building steps away from Old Historic Main Street, this condo places you within walking distance to the town and the slopes! The condo is filled with windows overlooking the trees, creating a treehouse vibe that you and your guests will love! Inside the condo, you will find a stylish home with an open and social living space, two full bathrooms, and two comfortable bedrooms providing enough space for you and your group of up to 5 to spread out and relax. As you enter the home, you will find a bench providing a convenient spot to sit while you unload your outdoor gear. Step into the bright living room and enjoy the feeling of being tucked among the trees, with the tree views seen from all around this space. The well-decorated space boasts several plush furnishings for you to kick back and relax in with a leather couch, a chair, and an L-shaped couch. Enjoy the views from the comfortable seating in this space, have a family movie night on the 60" TV, or play one of the games included in the home. The unique fireplace is a highlight of the room and is perfect for keeping you warm on chilly winter days. You are going to love relaxing and connecting with loved ones in this charming room! A full-size bathroom for shared use is located off the living room and features a single-sink vanity with storage space underneath, and a stand-in shower with a glass door and lovely tile work. On the other side of the living room is the dining area, where you will find a stylish table with seating for 7. Gather as a group in this inviting space and enjoy your meal while taking in the views over the trees. Adjacent to the dining area is the kitchen, which makes efficient use of its space with a full range of appliances and all the basic cookware needed to prepare a delicious meal. An added bonus to the kitchen, while preparing meals you can enjoy the view out the kitchen window overlooking the city life and the mountains. When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find two comfortable bedrooms on a separate level from the main living space providing a quiet space to rest and recharge. The first bedroom is a charming space with ample natural light and a king-size bed. Enjoy waking up to the surrounding tree views enjoyed from this room! The bedroom includes a dresser, a flat-screen TV, sconce lamps above the bed, and a rug warming up the space. A large closet rounds out the room, providing ample space to store your personal items. The second bedroom has a warm ambiance to it with a wooden framed bunk bed featuring a twin XL over a queen, making it a great space for sharing. The room includes a large dresser, a mounted flat-screen TV, and a cozy reading chair tucked next to the window. A full bath is located near the bedrooms, making it comfortable to freshen up before bed. The bathroom is well-decorated with several pieces of art lining the walls and features a single sink vanity with storage space underneath and a stand-in shower with a glass door. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and feature a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed. As well as access to an outdoor hot tub located above the parking garage.

Neighborhood

Within walking distance from both the city and slopes, you couldn't be in a better location for your Park City adventures. Head out the front door and find yourself in the heart of Park City’s historic Old Town and just one block from Main Street where you can enjoy shopping, dining, and entertainment options. It is also a short, two-minute walk from the Park City Town Lift that connects to the Bonanza chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort, putting Park City's world-class ski resorts within steps of your front door.

Transit


With its incredible location, you are within walking distance from Park City Main Street, Old Town, and Park City Town Lift, with direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. You are also minutes from the China Bridge bus stop and the Old Town Transit Center, where multiple Park City Transit Bus routes pass through, easily connecting you with Deer Valley and Canyons Village Resorts and nearly everywhere else you might want to go. Park City Transit is FREE, as is the Main Street trolley, which is also a great option for wandering around the Park City Historic District. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the whole home, one parking space in the parking garage, as well as access to a hot tub located above the parking garage. Guests will also have access to the Blue Church Lodge shared amenities which are in the basement of the building and features a game room with a pool table, and coin-operated laundry if needed.

Notes


Due to the unit being in a condo complex, there may be some noise from the neighboring apartments and during the busy months, there is the potential for loud noises from restaurant and bar goers, live music, and traffic. Please note that there's a road closure near our home due to a construction on main street from 4/1-7/1. Phase I of this project will take place along Main Street from Heber Avenue to 5th Street, time permitting. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
