This charming 4-bedroom condo boasts an incredible location less than a mile from Park City Mountain Resort and a 6-minute drive from Main Street Historic District! With an open and social shared living space, 3 outdoor areas, a private hot tub, and 4 comfortable bedrooms, you can unwind and recharge in comfort before heading off for the next day’s adventures! As you arrive at the home you will find a spacious tiled entryway with large windows giving a cozy sun room feeling to the space. Unload your outdoor gear in this area and then make your way into the home, where you will first pass a full bathroom. This shared bathroom features a single-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space and a separate room with a bathtub/shower combo. A few steps from the bathroom will take you to the bright and open-concept kitchen/dining/living area. The chef in your group will find everything they need to prepare meals at home in the fully equipped kitchen which features updated appliances, ample cabinet space, and lovely granite counters. A kitchen bar with 3 barstools provides extra space for meal prep or for enjoying quick meals. On the other side of the kitchen is the dining room, featuring a table with seating for 5 and an abundance of natural light from several windows next to the table. Next to the dining table you will find a door leading out to the first outdoor space which features a patio area with a private hot tub, an ideal spot to unwind after a day on the slopes. An inviting living room is located on the other side of the dining table and boasts a warm rustic atmosphere with a high, slanted ceiling with exposed wood panels, plush carpeting, and a wood-burning fireplace, you will feel right at home in this cozy space. The living room has 2 comfortable couches, one of which doubles as a pull-out bed, a coffee table and side tables for storage space, and a mounted TV above the fireplace. Enjoy movie nights in this room, or try out one of the several board games found in the home for fun game nights. A second outdoor patio is located just off the living room, so you can step out and take in the fresh mountain air. When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the master bedroom on the main level of the home, tucked off near the front door, providing a nice separation from the shared living space. Step into the master suite, where a well-styled space greets you outfitted with a king-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a TV, and ample storage space for your personal belongings with a 5-drawer dresser and a closet. This dynamic room includes a cozy workspace with a desk and chair tucked underneath a window, perfect for those needing to keep up with any remote work. Adding to the luxury of the bedroom is an en suite bathroom, a bright space with a single-sink vanity, and a bathtub/shower combo. Head upstairs to find the additional bedrooms, with the first room featuring a comfortable queen-size bed. This inviting space includes matching nightstands, a large dresser, stylish artwork, and a mounted Smart TV. The second upstairs bedroom offers a unique mix of amenities with access to a private upper deck, an en suite bathroom, and a staircase leading up to the fourth bedroom. The bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet and dresser, and a TV. Freshen up before bed in the en suite bathroom, which features a single-sink vanity, and a separate room with a bathtub/shower combo. To reach the fourth bedroom, head up the stairs found in the third bedroom, where a door opens up to the 4th bedroom. In this room, you will find two twin beds, large windows filling the room with natural light, and a dresser and closet to provide plenty of space for storing your personal belongings. Rounding out the home is an in-unit washer and dryer, so you can easily keep up with any laundry needs during your stay.
Adventure awaits from this 4-bedroom condo situated less than a mile from Park City Mountain Resort. Boasting an incredible location, the condo is a 3-minute drive, or under 20-minute walk away from some of the best ski runs in the area. Or, hop on Silver Star Ski Lift, just a 10-minute walk away, and be out on the slopes in no time. For some city adventures head down to Main Street Historic District, just a short 15-minute bus ride or 6-minute drive, where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, local markets, and other unique entertainment options. From this lovely condo, you are less than a mile away from Park City Mountain Resort, bringing world-class skiing just minutes away. Multiple routes are available on the FREE bus system, with the Silver Star South bus stop directly right outside the complex and will take you to all of the main attractions and additional ski lifts in the area. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests have access to the entire condo, a private hot tub, and two parking places in the parking lot outside of the condo’s building.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
