This home is tucked into a quiet residential area just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or hiking nearby trails in summer, the location makes it easy to explore the best of the Rockies. You'll also find restaurants, local shops, and seasonal events a short drive away.
We recommend having a car for this location. Garage parking is available, and 4-wheel drive or chains are advised during winter. There are no direct shuttle stops nearby, but the area is a short drive from BreckConnect Gondola and Main Street.
Guests have access to the entire home, garage, private hot tub, grill, and laundry. All amenities are private to the unit.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

we had a great stay here. everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. the host was responsive and friendly. we would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The place was easy to find and right between downtown Breck and downtown Frisco so it was easy to get to either. It had lots of amenities including a hot tub with view of the mountains. We had one maintenance issue that occurred that was fixed promptly. I'd recommend staying here. Felt like very good value as well, (caveat: we were there in the summer so not sure what winter pricing is).

Loved our stay with 2 young kids! The master bed was very comfortable, the place had everything we needed. When we arrived the pack n play was broken but they were very responsive and delivered a new one within 2 hours. We enjoyed the hot tub, and loved the location, just a short drive into town.
