Whether you're skiing at Breckenridge Resort, exploring the historic downtown, or hiking local trails, you'll enjoy the perfect mix of convenience and quiet. This peaceful residential neighborhood provides a true mountain escape with space to relax and unwind year-round.
A car is recommended for this home. While it's less than a 10-minute drive to Main Street Breckenridge, there is no direct access to public transportation or ski shuttles from the home. In winter, snow-capable vehicles are essential due to local road conditions.
Guests have full access to the home, including the private hot tub, grill, laundry, and all 5 parking spaces in the driveway. Guests do not have access to the fire pit or garage for parking.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains are necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Parking in garage is unavailable. Outdoor firepit is unavailable. Please note there are 3 exterior security cameras, 2 show the driveway and 1 shows the front door.
