Winter guests are a 5-minute drive from Breckenridge Ski Resort and close to trailheads for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. In summer, explore endless hiking and biking trails nearby or enjoy the walk into town for coffee, dining, or festivals.
A car is recommended for this location, especially in winter. Free driveway and garage parking is provided. While Main Street and trailheads are walkable in summer, icy winter conditions may require 4WD or AWD vehicles for safe travel.
Guests have full access to the home, backyard, hot tub, and ski-tuning bench. Parking is available for 5 vehicles in the driveway and 1 in the garage. Garage also includes ski storage and an EV charger.
- Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. - Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. - 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
