Our property sits in a scenic Breckenridge neighborhood that transforms into a vibrant haven for outdoor enthusiasts during the summer months. Hikers can take family-friendly treks to visit "Isak Heartstone," the famous 15-foot wooden trail troll, or challenge themselves on the extensive mountain biking networks like the Peaks Trail. Just a short drive away, Lake Dillon offers a spectacular setting for boating, kayaking, and lakeside dining at the Frisco and Dillon Marinas. Take a scenic drive to Sapphire Point for unforgettable photos of the Tenmile Range, or head into downtown Breckenridge to enjoy open-air patios, local farmers markets, and seasonal art festivals.
A car is recommended to easily reach surrounding trailheads and lakeside marinas, with free on-site driveway parking available for up to 5 vehicles. Please note that street parking is strictly banned and subject to fines. For hassle-free travel around town, you can stretch your legs on nearby walking paths or hop on the free Breck Free Ride bus system, which services multiple routes throughout Breckenridge.
Guests will have access to the entire home and 3 on-site parking spaces in the driveway per Summit County Code Compliance.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

The house was perfect for our group trip! Plenty of bathrooms, nice living area, and enough outdoor space. While we had a few issues during our stay, the hosts were responsive and accommodating to the minor inconveniences we had. Overall, an awesome location for visiting the area and enjoying the mountains!

As a group of 9, we absolutely loved staying there. Short car ride to the center. Quiet and clean. 5 nice bedrooms and so many bathrooms. It was ideal for a large group! The kitchen could have had more equipment (no kettle/boiling machine) but very functional and we loved the long table to all have dinner together.
