Our property offers a premier summer location just a 2-minute walk from the Peak 9 base area, which transforms into a hub for beautiful wildflower hikes and scenic alpine exploration during the warmer months. A short 10-minute walk brings you into historic downtown Breckenridge, home to bustling farmers markets, boutique shopping, vibrant outdoor patios, and summer festivals. Hiking enthusiasts can check out nearby trail networks or visit "Isak Heartstone," the famous 15-foot wooden trail troll hidden in the local forests. For water recreation, catch a ride to nearby Lake Dillon, where you can enjoy boat rentals, kayaking, paddleboarding, and lakeside dining at the Frisco or Dillon Marinas. Don't miss a drive up to Sapphire Point for breathtaking, panoramic views of the Tenmile Range.
A car is optional given the highly walkable location near the base area and downtown. Our property sits directly on a free bus and shuttle line, providing easy access to the FREE Breckenridge Free Ride system for stress-free travel around town without worrying about parking.
Guests have full access to the unit and all shared amenities, including the hot tubs, sauna, and pool. Parking is provided for 2 vehicles—1 in the garage and 1 in the lot. Laundry facilities are shared and paid for via app.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Great unit. Just as pictured and described. My family enjoyed our stay, the ski in and out location is unbeatable. The amenities were just renovated so everything is updated. For anyone looking for a complete ski in ski out experience, look no further! Host were responsive and ensured that the stay was memorable, with prompt service to the fireplace when we found out that it was jot able to turn on!
