Located at the south end of Main Street, this Breckenridge vacation rental serves as a convenient base for exploring on foot. Guests are just 300 feet from the Mill Run stop, which offers access to Breckenridge’s free public transportation system connecting directly to the gondola, downtown, and other popular spots. The city free bus has a stop adjacent to the parking lot, making it even easier to get around. Main Street Station is just a short 10-minute walk away, while Breckenridge Ski Resort and the BreckConnect Gondola are both within a mile. For a change of scenery, Keystone Ski Resort is only 12 miles from the property.
Guests have access to the entire home, plus on-site parking for 1 vehicle in the shared lot next to the building. Shared amenities include a hot tub, pool, and laundry facility.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note this home uses the Columbine pool, which does close for maintenance in the Fall. Be sure to check their hours online! A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
