Tucked just a few miles from Main Street, this home offers a quiet retreat with easy access to Breckenridge’s best attractions. Explore local restaurants, boutiques, and gear shops downtown, or hit nearby trailheads like Boreas Pass for hiking or snowshoeing. In winter, Breckenridge Ski Resort provides terrain for all levels, just a short drive away.
A car is recommended for accessing ski areas, dining, and grocery runs. While there is no nearby shuttle stop, the property has ample parking for up to 6 vehicles, making it easy to drive downtown or to the slopes.
Guests have access to the full home, deck, hot tub, grill, fire pit, and private laundry. All amenities are private and not shared.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Great place for a relatively large group or just those who want space. Beautiful location, everything about the space was as described. Only issue I had was that in communications I had the impression it was closer to free transportation than it seemed to be. We ended up just using Uber or driving when needed.
