Our neighborhood offers the ultimate summer home base at the base of Peak 9. Summer in Breckenridge brings beautiful mountain weather perfect for exploring nearby hiking and mountain biking networks. Enjoy a scenic walk to the nearby historic district to experience the vibrant local culture, outdoor concert series, and summer farmers markets. You can also spend sunny afternoons kayaking or boating on nearby Lake Dillon.
A car is optional for navigating the immediate area since the property sits within easy walking distance of historic Main Street and local trailhead routes. On-site parking is available for 1 vehicles, with 1 spot in the private garage. The clearance height for the garage is 6 feet 10 inches.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3-story townhome, including the private 1-car garage, private patio, private balcony, and in-unit laundry. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor pool and hot tub amenities managed by the Upper Village HOA, which are located down the street from our property.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please note this property has stairs through and no bedroom on the main level floor. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs.
