Situated at the south end of Main Street, this Breckenridge vacation rental offers an ideal location for exploring on foot. Just 300 feet from the Mill Run stop, guests can access Breckenridge’s free public transportation system, which connects directly to the gondola, downtown, and other popular spots. Main Street Station is less than a 10-minute walk away, while Breckenridge Ski Resort and the BreckConnect Gondola are both within a mile. For a change of scenery, Keystone Ski Resort is 12 miles from the property. Convenient ride options like Uber, Lyft, and local taxi services make getting around a breeze. Whether by foot, bus, or car, Breckenridge’s top attractions are all within easy reach.
Guests have access to the entire home, plus on-site parking for 1 vehicle in the shared lot next to the building. Shared amenities include a hot tub, pool, and laundry facility.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Guests will need to climb approximately 20 steps to reach the front door. Please note this home uses the Columbine pool, which does close for maintenance in the Fall. Be sure to check their hours online! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Enjoyed our stay! The space was clean and as described. The couch turns into a bed and was pretty comfortable if you need the extra sleeping space. Dylan was super responsive and helpful. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The new place of Dylan’s was fantastic. Easily walkable to both the mountain for skiing and also for dinners. Dylan couldn’t have been more responsive which was extremely helpful. Would 100% come back and luckily got some good snow too for skiing!

I really enjoyed my stay. The place was clean and well stocked. Dylan was very responsive but I honestly didn’t run into any problems during my stay. It was well decorated and felt like home! It was like an 8-10 mins walk to the ski resort. Highly recommend!
