At this peaceful Breckenridge enclave, our home offers effortless access to world-class winter recreation. World-famous skiing and snowboarding on Peak 8 and Peak 9 are just a short drive away, while cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails weave through the surrounding forest. After a morning on the powder, explore historic Main Street’s vibrant après-ski scene, featuring cozy local breweries, boutique shopping, fine dining, and winter events like Ullr Fest.
A personal vehicle—preferably equipped with four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD)—is strongly recommended for mountain driving and navigating snowy road conditions. There is no public transit stop within walking distance, but generous on-site parking for up to 6 vehicles is provided in the driveway. Free public transit and ski shuttles (Breck Free Ride) are easily accessible once you arrive in downtown Breckenridge.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire multi-level home, including the private 6-person hot tub, outdoor gas fire pit, deck with Weber gas grill, and driveway parking for up to 6 vehicles. Please note that garage access is limited to trash storage, and the owner's closet in the master bedroom remains locked.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated, but other times it is drained and refilled. Because of this, the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be fully heated on the first night of your stay. There is one exterior Ring doorbell camera at the front door.
