Nestled among mature pine and spruce forests near the base of Peak 7, our property offers a tranquil mountain setting with fast access to world-class ski terrain. Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing enthusiasts are just minutes from the Breckenridge Nordic Center and scenic winter trails surrounding Cucumber Gulch Preserve. After a day on the slopes, take a short 5- to 10-minute drive to historic Main Street to enjoy lively après-ski spots, local craft breweries, boutique shopping, and cozy mountain dining.
A 4-wheel drive vehicle or 2-wheel drive vehicle with snow chains is strongly recommended for navigating mountain roads and reaching the property in winter. Public transit does not stop directly at the home, so having a personal vehicle provides the quickest access to Main Street, the BreckConnect Gondola, and neighboring resorts. Parking is available for 5 vehicles on-site, including 1 space in the attached garage and 4 in the driveway.
Guests will have full access to the entire private single-family home, including the private 5-person hot tub, gas grill, deck, patio, and in-unit laundry room. Parking is provided on-site for up to 5 vehicles (1 in the garage and 4 in the driveway).
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note the hot tub is serviced in between stays and may not be fully up to temperature on the first night of your stay.
