Welcome to this premier Gold Camp Condo that has 3 bedrooms + loft area and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The condo has been recently renovated and is well appointed with fantastic finishes. This is an ideal option for groups of friends or families looking to experience the best of Breckenridge! The slopes and Breck Nordic Center are close and easy to access in the winter. Trails are right outside of the condo in the spring, summer, and fall. Don't forget about the shared hot tubs and sauna!
This three bedroom plus loft, three bathroom condo is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate groups of 8. The condo has been completely renovated and is tastefully finished and decorated. The master bathroom has a king bed, mounted TV, a balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and directly across from it is a bathroom with a shower/tub. The third bedroom has two twin XL beds has a bathroom across the hall with a shower. We set the loft to be the fourth bedroom and it has two twin beds. The kitchen and living room share an open space and have an ideal layout for groups to spend time together. The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, and a large, wall mounted TV. There is access to an outdoor balcony off of the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and it is very nicely finished with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including an induction stove top and dual oven. The dining table is large, custom made with a zinc surface and has seating for 8. The condo also enjoys great amenities for the mountains. There are shared hot tubs and sauna available to guests year round. The condo comes with two parking spaces. Please make sure you display parking permits in your vehicles at all times. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer in the master bedroom that guests can use during their stay. Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C. Gold Camp is close to everything; conveniently located within walking distance to epic Peak 8 activities including a ropes course, ski lift access, camps, and more! In the winter the slopes are easily accessible via the Breckenridge Freeride Bus (bus stop right outside the entrance to Gold Camp Condos). Biking and hiking trailheads are right outside the entrance of Gold Camp including the Freeride Park (just a few hundred yards away) and the Four O’Clock Trail which leads over to the Reservoir. The Peak 8 neighborhood is ideal for getting to and from town with the Breckenridge Freeride Bus. You will have access to a dining and shopping experiences in town that you won't want to miss. Take a stroll down Breck’s mainstreet and you might find yourself stumbling into an art festival, discovering a beer fest, seeing homes built in the 1800s or enjoying local musicians playing outside as you take a scenic stroll. Main Street has year round fun and be sure to go to Crepes a la Cart for the classic mountain crepes experience. Outdoor adventure is easy to access from the condo. Nearby trails include Cucumber Gulch, which runs right outside your front door! It's a lightly trafficked out and back trail featuring gorgeous wildflowers that is best explored July-September. It's a great hike for all skill levels! Further out you'll find Peaks Trail via Breckenridge, a 7.8 mile point-to-point trail that is better from April to September. It's a moderate trail, so a little better for those that want a bit more of a challenge.
The Breckenridge Freeride Bus is the best way to get around town. There is a bus stop right by the entrance to the Gold Camp Condos. Uber/Lyft is also available.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the shared hot tubs and sauna, and three unassigned parking spaces (parking permits must be displayed). Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.
Please note that there are walkways leading up to the stairs (2.5 flights) to get to the third floor where the condo is located. Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. Please note that the loft has a low ceiling, and is best suited for kids, teens, and people under 5’2” A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

Awesome location! Close drive to town (shops and restaurants) as well as the slopes. Free direct transport to the peaks was amazing. And the ski locker located at the bottom of the condo was a huge plus. Overall had a great stay here. Nice and cozy place to rest and relax after a long day on the slopes!

Very nice location for skiing Breckenridge Peak 8 or Peak 7. For this particular unit, the hot tub will be a walk in the cold, if you go in winter and want to unwind after a long day in the mountain. Pack a thick robe.

Gold camp is an incredible spot with easy access to the mountain or downtown (just a few minute shuttle for either). Walkable to the mountain when you’re not in ski boots. Highly recommend!
