For a stress-free alternative, you can take a 6-minute walk to the Sherwood Lane bus stop to catch the free Summit Stage Blue River Commuter Line. This bus takes you directly into downtown Breckenridge, where you can access the comprehensive, free Breck Free Ride bus system spanning the entire town.
Guests will have private access to the entire home, including all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the main living spaces. Private outdoor amenities are fully accessible to guests, featuring a private 6-person Arctic Spas hot tub located on the deck, and a private Charbroil gas grill. On-site parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note the hot tub may be serviced in between stays and could affect the temperature of the tub during the first night of stay.
