Set in the quiet Blue River community, this home offers peaceful seclusion just minutes from Breckenridge’s vibrant downtown. Winter travelers can hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, while summer brings scenic hiking, fishing at Goose Pasture Tarn, and alpine adventures on nearby trails. It's a serene setting with the convenience of town just a short drive away.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home is easily accessed via Highway 9, with a 10-minute drive to Breckenridge. There is no public shuttle service directly to the home, but free Summit Stage buses are available from downtown Breckenridge.
Guests have full access to the home, including the deck, grill, sauna, hot tub, washer/dryer, and all driveway parking. All amenities are private and not shared.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. There is an exterior security camera on the upper deck that faces the driveway and front yard.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here! It felt private, cozy, and comfortable, and we had everything we needed right at the Airbnb. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!

The house was great and very cozy! It’s located in a quiet, peaceful area, which is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in the woods. The house had everything we needed, with plenty of supplies provided. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

A terrific place and location. Close enough to town but far enough away to feel remote. Very wooded and the higher altitude meant very nice, cool temps. Terrific upper deck to hang out in the afternoons after mountain bike rides. Quiet neighborhood. The only issue I had was with Apple Maps which took me to the wrong location. Therefore be careful and check the address if you're using Apple Maps.
