Located in the quiet forested community of Blue River, just south of Breckenridge, this home offers the perfect mix of seclusion and accessibility. Breckenridge’s historic downtown is just a 10-minute drive, offering restaurants, shopping, and year-round activities. In winter, you’re close to world-class skiing; in summer, explore nearby trails and alpine lakes.
A car is recommended for this property. While there's no public transit in Blue River, it’s a quick drive to Breckenridge where free shuttle routes cover the town and ski base areas. 4WD is advised in winter.
Guests will have full access to the home, including the garage, balcony, patio, and private 6-person hot tub. Enter through the garage keypad near the opener. The U-shaped driveway is for loading/unloading only—please park in the designated garage bay or driveway directly in front.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Our stay in Blue River was wonderful! The home was great, and the host always answered any questions quickly! The home was super cozy and warm. The pool table was a huge hit with my group, and the surroundings were gorgeous. The proximity to town was super convenient! I would definitely stay here again on a return visit!

This is our 2nd time in 3 years staying in the Blue River area of Breckenridge. Very nice and easy access to the slopes. Our current stay was at the Blue River Escape. Wonderful home with great amenities. Even the wildlife showed well with a fox and several moose in our front yard at dusk each night. The home served our family well and the concierge was very responsive. Highly recommend + great value.
