Located in the quiet forested community of Blue River, just south of Breckenridge, this home offers the perfect mix of seclusion and accessibility. Breckenridge’s historic downtown is just a 10-minute drive, offering restaurants, shopping, and year-round activities. In winter, you’re close to world-class skiing; in summer, explore nearby trails and alpine lakes.
A car is recommended for this property. While there's no public transit in Blue River, it’s a quick drive to Breckenridge where free shuttle routes cover the town and ski base areas. 4WD is advised in winter.
Guests will have full access to the home, including the garage, balcony, patio, and private 6-person hot tub. Enter through the garage keypad near the opener. The U-shaped driveway is for loading/unloading only—please park in the designated garage bay or driveway directly in front.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. There are exterior security cameras located at the front door, garage, and adjacent to the rear patio door. This home is not pet-friendly with no exceptions due to homeowner allergies.

Excellent location and well maintained space. Great surrounding nature and all functions and features worked great. Close to Breckenridge and Hoosier Pass. Saw wildlife and that was very special. Master baths in each room. Thanks for hosting us!

There were very few options for a place to all have their own bathroom and bed and this fit the bill! Great for family to have space to spread out! Plenty of seating in common area too! Check in was very clear and one of the easiest check ins I’ve had! Less than 10 min into downtown Breckenridge. Linens were hotel quality which is a plus for me! I didn’t realize it is a paired home so the picture was deceiving as it shows the entire two homes and the half circle driveway is shared. One negative was that it was awkward to get to the hot tub only through the main level master bedroom so family came in and out as I was trying to sleep! 😳 The exhaust for the stove/cooktop did not work or there was none so we had to open doors and windows for ventilation for our chef to cook our meal. FYI the lights for above the stove is under the bar counter island closest to the refrigerator - took a day to find them! This is a great mountain home as it was located in a very peaceful neighborhood

Space and location was perfect for our needs. There were four of us. We made use of the hot tub and pool table. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. Location was perfect for access to good hiking. We particularly enjoyed the ensuite bathrooms. We would definitely stay again.
