Nestled in the quiet, wooded enclave of Blue River just south of Breckenridge, this neighborhood offers a tranquil mountain escape surrounded by majestic alpine peaks and pristine snowscapes. Winter sports enthusiasts will love the easy access to world-class skiing and snowboarding at Breckenridge Ski Resort, as well as nearby snowshoeing and backcountry trails around Mount Quandary. After a day on the mountain, head into Breckenridge’s historic district to explore vibrant aprés-ski spots, local craft breweries, artisanal dining, and cozy boutique shopping along snow-covered Main Street. Back at our home, gather around the wood-burning fireplace or take in the starlit winter skies from the private hot tub.
A 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle with snow tires or chains is strongly recommended for safe travel to this property, particularly during winter conditions. Our home is located approximately 10 to 15 minutes from Main Street Breckenridge and the BreckConnect Gondola. On-site driveway parking is provided for up to 3 vehicles. Public transit options in Blue River are limited, so having a personal vehicle is advised.
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private 6-person hot tub, gas grill, multi-level deck and patio, lower-level game room with pool table, in-unit laundry, and private driveway parking for up to 3 vehicles.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn't snowed in a few days. Please note that the hot tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is chemically treated, but other times it's drained and refilled. Because of this, the tub may be cold upon arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. The front entrance is up 15 steps, and the home has three levels connected by interior stairs. Exterior security cameras are located at the front door, the garage and the back side of the home, away from the hot tub. Outdoor firepit is unavailable due to local fire restrictions.
