Located in a quiet residential area of South Lake Tahoe, the home offers both tranquility and convenience. Just minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort, Lake Tahoe’s sandy beaches, and vibrant Stateline casinos, it’s the perfect base for winter ski trips or summer lake days. Local trails and shuttle stops make getting around easy without needing to drive.
A car is recommended, though guests can access local attractions via the free South Lake Tahoe shuttle service (stop approx. 0.2 miles away). Walking and biking are also options on nearby trails.
Guests have access to the entire home, fenced yard, private hot tub, and all amenities. Parking includes space for 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 in the driveway. Laundry and outdoor features are private.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.

We highly recommend! The location was very central to lots of walkable locations. When we showed up there was a street fair going in right outside with some awesome vendors and food options. We walked to the marina. The house was convenient and well equipped. It was hot in Tahoe and thankfully the house has A/C. We used the hot tub daily. The TVs all had streaming apps. Cozy rooms. Great outdoor space. Good parking.
