Located in a peaceful Truckee neighborhood, this home offers easy access to year-round outdoor adventures. Winter visitors can enjoy skiing at Northstar, Palisades Tahoe, and Tahoe Donner, while summer guests can explore hiking trails, Donner Lake, and scenic beaches. Downtown Truckee is nearby for dining, shopping, and local events.
A car is recommended to explore the area. On-site parking is available for up to 6 vehicles, and major ski resorts and attractions are within a short drive.
Guests have access to the entire home, private hot tub, and outdoor amenities.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. Great place for multiple families since there were so many bedrooms and bathrooms. There was so much space for all the kids to play and I would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic time for a group of friends with young children. The layout of the house is perfect for a large group to hangout in different places. The location is ideal if skiing in Northstar. Other North Lake Tahoe resorts and attractions are also easily accessible. The hosts were very communicative and we had a great experience overall. Will recommend to other friends and look at coming back to stay again.
