Our neighborhood offers a serene mountain backdrop perfect for a summer escape. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to public piers for swimming and fishing at Donner Lake, as well as the sandy shores and hiking trails at Donner Memorial State Park. For a family-friendly ride or stroll, the paved Truckee River Legacy Trail runs right along the water, offering scenic views and easy access. Summer also brings the vibrant Truckee Thursdays street fair to the historic downtown district. Spend your evening exploring local farmers markets, live music, and artisan booths, or sit patio-side at one of Truckee's renowned local restaurants.
While a car is best for exploring the broader Lake Tahoe region, walking and biking paths are easily accessible nearby. Our driveway and garage provide plenty of space, accommodating up to six vehicles total.
Guests have access to the entire home, private hot tub, and outdoor amenities.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!

We’ve been doing an annual family reunion for 6 years at various locations and this was by far our favorite. The proximity close to North Star and access to the owners recreation center along with private parking made a huge impression on my family. Great hosts and clean house made the experience wonderful. If you are staying in the summer I would recommend paying attention to the instructions for the whole house fan. Without air conditioning the house can get pretty warm. If you run the fan, make sure you run it after it cools down and close the windows downstairs and open the windows of the upstairs rooms you want to cool. It worked better to target particular rooms.

We had a wonderful family reunion at the home! The layout is perfect for large groups with multiple kitchens, ways to close off suites throughout, and three living rooms. The views of the 10th hole and multiple patios were perfect for peaceful gatherings. We’d absolute visit again in the future!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Family Getaway! We had an amazing stay and couldn't have been happier with this home. The house was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. It was very spacious and had more than enough room for our family of five to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The view was absolutely stunning and made our mornings and evenings even more enjoyable. Everything we needed was provided, and the home felt warm, welcoming, and well cared for. It truly made our trip relaxing and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and beautiful place to stay. We had a great experience and will definitely be coming back on our next visit!
