Welcome to Bear Paw Lodge, located in Beaver Creek’s exclusive Bachelor Gulch! Ski in/out from your slopeside condo, enjoy breathtaking mountain and aspen views, relax in the fireplace-lit open living space! Fully-stocked recently-renovated kitchen, 3 en-suite bedrooms with ski run views, and high-end furnishings await you! Outdoor shared amenities include hot tubs, pool and fire pit.
Location perks: Beaver Creek Resort mountain (ski-in/ski-out), Bachelor Gulch Express Lift (2.4 miles), Avon (3.9 miles), Vail (13 miles), Eagle County Regional Airport (29.7 miles). Scenic hiking and biking out your door including Beaver Creek’s famous Village to Village trails. Floor Configuration Single-story residence (on 3rd floor, elevator access): Open concept kitchen, dining area, and living space with access to outdoor deck. Half bathroom and laundry room off main entry with sitting bench and gear racks and shelves. Primary bedroom (king bed) and bath off main living space. Two private guest bedroom suites (1 king bed, 2 full beds), with en-suite bathrooms down hall off living space in opposite direction of the primary suite. All living spaces and bedrooms have ski trail and aspen forest views. Interior: — Kitchen set up for cooking and entertaining, with Bosch appliances including gas range/oven, Cuisinart drip coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, large selection of cookware and utensils, tableware, glassware, serving pieces, table linens, herbs and spices. — Open living and dining space furnished by Restoration Hardware, with oversized stone hearth and gas fireplace. Large farmhouse dining table that seats 8 comfortably. — Large primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom including jetted tub and shower. King bed with pillow-top comfort, ski slope and aspen forest views, and dedicated workspace. All furnishings from Restoration Hardware. — Two large smart TVs with Comcast cable (living room and primary bedroom) — Convenient powder room off of main entry/living space — Laundry room with washer/dryer, drying racks, vacuum and other utility closet essentials — Free Xfinity WiFi (46 Mbps) — 1,801 sq. ft. Residence Exterior: — -Outdoor deck with gas grill — Seating for 4-6 people with views of the ski runs and trails, plus the seasonally changing aspen forest. —- Gas tower heater for cool evenings and mornings Bear Paw Lodge Amenities (ground floor of condo building): — Two spacious (each seat 12 or more!) shared hot tubs including heated deck & walkways with views of the ski slopes and Gore Range mountain. — Shared heated pool (year round) — Gas firepit with comfortable seating and views of the Gore Range mountains — Shared tennis court (seasonal: May- September) — Private ski locker for condo — Shared interior space with fireplace, couches and tables, and a technology desk with printer — On-site parking in covered heated garage (1 guaranteed & additional exterior parking); Parking stall includes an outlet
Nestled in the prestigious Bachelor Gulch area, Bear Paw Lodge offers serene mountain views with convenient ski-in/ski-out access. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing, snowboarding, and après-ski dining nearby. In warmer months, explore scenic hikes, mountain biking trails, and tennis at the nearby Bachelor Gulch clay courts.
While a car is helpful for venturing into Vail, most guests enjoy staying put in Beaver Creek Village or Bachelor Gulch Village where world class dining and activities are a quick free shuttle ride away. Bear Paw Lodge is a true ski-in/ski-out community located on Bear Paw Trail and Cabin Fever run, and the famous Village to Village hiking trail (which connects Bachelor Gulch to Beaver Creek Village and Arrowhead Village) is right off Bear Paw Trail.
Guests have full access to the residence, ski locker, outdoor amenities and covered/uncovered parking. The pool and hot tubs are shared community amenities.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Room fans are available in each closet. 4-wheel drive (or AWD) vehicles are recommended for winter driving in the Colorado mountains. All roads in Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, and Bear Paw Lodge are plowed frequently, and the walking paths and outdoor amenities around Bear Paw are heated stamped concrete.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

Gorgeous condo! Great slopeside location in Bachelor Gulch; beautifully furnished and very clean. Loved the balcony overlooking the slopes and a pretty aspen forest. Nice parking garage. LocalLuxe was super responsive when we had questions. We hope to stay here again sometime!

Gorgeous condo, everything you need and the perfect amount of space. Fit our family of 5 just right. Everyone seems to love the Bachelor Gulch mountain!. Our host was super responsive and answered every question! Unfortunately there was not a lot of snow when we were there, so we spent a lot of time shuttling over to Beaver Creek Village for more options. Overall we loved our stay!! This is a beautiful unit and we would stay again (and pray for lots of snow!)!
