Welcome to this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home in Boulder. The property sits across the street from Viele Lake and Harlow Platts Playground in a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. The house has a magnificent master bedroom and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for large families to fit comfortably. The Table Mesa neighborhood in South Boulder is very family friendly and provides great views of the mountains in the background!
This 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is incredibly spacious and well appointed. The main level has a luxurious kitchen that is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a home cooked meal. There is plenty of counter space for multiple family members to cook and prepare food at the same time. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and has plenty of windows to let in natural light and a table with seating for 6. The family room has a large, flat screen TV, comfortable leather furniture, and a wood burning fireplace. The master bedroom is on the second floor of the home and is fantastic space. There is a king size bed, en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, and a flat screen TV. Additionally, there is a patio that overlooks Viele Lake and the mountains. There are plenty of windows to let in natural light and the space is truly a master bedroom. The remaining three bedrooms can be found on the third level of the house. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed. The third bedroom has a king bed and twin bed. Additionally, there is a second bathroom located on the third floor off of the hallway. This bathroom provides convenient access for the bedrooms with twin beds and is a great bathroom for children. The lower level of the home has a full bathroom and a half bathroom. There is a play room in the living room that provides a nice space for families and children to play. There is a washer and dryer in the house. The Viele Lake and Harlow Platts Playground are across the street and provide entertainment on beautiful, sunny days. Table Mesa is a family friendly community located in South Boulder. Viele Lake and Harlow Platt Playground are great ways to entertain children. Additionally, there is world class hiking and biking in the area. Boulder is one of the sunniest cities in America and a lot of the activities in the area are geared towards the outdoors.

Guests will have access to the entire house.

Terrific location - literally across the street from a beautiful park and a rec center (currently closed for maintenance but the pickleball and tennis courts were getting plenty of use). It was also very convenient to several grocery stores and good restaurants, and only a few minutes' drive from the CU campus. The house was actually better than the photos indicated - with the addition of 4 movie-style recliners in the living room, giving it a home theater feel that my kids loved. The master bed was more comfortable than expected, and we slept very well. We also enjoyed the updated master bath. Lots of pots, pans, cutlery, etc. for those who want to cook at home (we didn't). Big, modern washer and dryer too, though again we didn't use them. And my kids are older, but there were a ton of toys and games and books for little ones to enjoy. So lots of pros. It definitely felt like a house that's lived in, but one that's taken care of, if that makes sense. We were happy with our stay.

I booked Dylan’s house VERY last minute after another property mishap had occurred as we arrived to Colorado from out of state. It happened to be exactly what we were looking for, for 6 adults. Dylan responded to my request with minutes, literally saved our vacation that my In-laws had planned. The house is exactly as advertised and has everything you could need. A gorgeous location close to downtown Boulder but far enough away that it was quiet and private. I cannot recommend this house or this host enough! Thank you again, Dylan.

Our stay at this Airbnb in Boulder was absolutely fantastic! The unit itself was incredibly spacious, offering more than enough room for our family of four to spread out comfortably. We were also very impressed with how well-stocked it was – everything we needed was readily available, which made our trip so much more convenient. The location was another huge plus, especially being just a quick 10-minute drive from CU Boulder. It made visiting the campus incredibly easy. Beyond the convenience, the neighborhood was charming, and we loved waking up to the beautiful mountain views. We had such a wonderful experience and would gladly choose to stay here again on our next visit to Boulder!

Located in Boulder's most beautiful community, it is a beautiful accommodation with a lake in front of the house, a park, and the Rocky Mountains behind it. A 3-minute drive from the grocery store and a 15-minute drive from Pearl Street are the best accommodations if you're going to take a car tour of the Rockies.
