beautiful place, amazing wide open living room, bedrooms wonderful, and even toys for the kids. and, when they say 2 minutes from the beach they're not exaggerating. Basically walk out the door thru a gate 50 steps and the beach in there.

Overall, a great experience! The house was easy to find and conveniently accessible from the street. Upon entering, it was exactly as described in the photos—clean, well-kept, and welcoming. We especially loved the location with private beach access; there was always plenty of space to set up and spread out on the beach. We’ll definitely be returning to this house again!

Place was great. Big rooms and large living space. Beach access was simple, close and there were beautiful views from the top of the beach stairs. Kitchen was very usable and well appointed. Ice machine was a personal favorite. Only down side to the location was the traffic on 30A. The house is right on 30A so you heard traffic in the bed rooms on that side of the house.

We had a fantastic week here! House was perfect and had everything we needed. Easy beach access and great walkable location close to Alys Beach. Would definitely stay here again!!
