This Duplex is is located on the second fairway of the Eagle Vail Golf Course, just minutes from Beaver Creek and a quick drive to Vail. It’s an ideal home base for mountain adventures in every season. Winter guests enjoy quick access to top-tier skiing and snowboarding, while summer visitors can hike scenic trails or relax at Nottingham Lake. The nearby Avon Rec Center offers pools and fitness facilities year-round.
While a car is recommended for maximum flexibility, guests can also access the local ECO Transit bus for routes to Beaver Creek, Vail, and more. Ride-share services operate in the area, and the town is walkable to some shops and restaurants.
Guests have access to the entire duplex, garage, driveway, private hot tub (in hot tub room off foyer), grill, and in-unit laundry. All amenities are private. Amenities also can include: mountain biking, hiking, playgrounds, Golf, Ice Skating, Horseback Riding, Sledding, Tennis, Pickleball, White water rafting, Golf course views, Mountain views. The wood burning fireplace is unavailable.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note that the wood burning fireplace is unavailable.

Absolutely great place. I would give 5 stars, but there is some deferred maintenance pertaining to the carpet and tile, and is currently covered up with large rugs on carpet that are constantly moving around, and especially in the master bathroom causing some issues with being able to open and close the master bathroom door. But, this is a great place and well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and linens, but definitely needs some upgraded pillows. Everyone really did enjoy our stay overall and I we all would definitely stay there again.

Great location for skiing Vail or Beavercreek. Large unit with a lot of space – fits eight adults comfortably. Our only negative comment is that there is some deferred maintenance.
