In a quiet neighborhood between Peaks 7 and 8 and downtown Breckenridge, our home offers unbeatable access to Breckenridge’s year-round adventures. Winter brings world-class skiing and snowboarding, while summer offers hiking, biking, and scenic gondola rides. Main Street Breckenridge is nearby for dining, shopping, and vibrant après-ski scenes.
A car is recommended, but the free Summit Stage bus and Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle offer easy transportation to ski lifts and downtown. Rideshare services are also available.
Guests have access to the entire home, private hot tub, deck, and garage. The owner’s closet remains locked.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs with an additional pet fee per dog. On-street parking is prohibited. Driveway, decks and walkways are plowed and shoveled by a private service when it snows more than 4 inches. Shovels and brooms are available in garage if necessary. Only specially-marked, all-plastic shovels can be used on the deck, and only brooms can be used to clear snow off the hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay in Breck! Our house was as advertised and multiple people commented how everyone had enough room. The kitchen was perfect for morning breakfast and we loved the outdoor space. There are some short local hikes nearby and downtown Breck and gondola are all very close. Host was responsive. I’d recommend this house!

We are a bi-coastal family who have gathered for the last 16 years (minus 2020) at various locations - New Jersey, Lake Michigan! Cape Cod, Banff, California. Never have we stayed in a house so very well provisioned. There really was nothing in the kitchen we needed which was supplied and in a plentiful way. All the bathrooms were also very well stocked and if we needed anything it was delivered within a few hours. The neighborhood was beautiful, convenient, private and very quiet. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!

The house was wonderful! All beds were comfortable and kitchen was extremely well outfitted for all the cooks in our family. It was a perfect fit for our group of 10 with plenty of space to either spread out or be together. Grandkids loved the hot tub and we all enjoyed easy access to town via gondola or bus. Only had to use our cars for excursions outside of Breck. Excellent communication with rental company made it a breeze. And we saw a beautiful family of moose right in the back yard - twice! Highly recommend!
