Enjoy a relaxing stay at our Carillon Beach studio, located on the scenic Lake Carillon. With coastal decor and all the comforts of home, this vacation rental offers access to an outdoor pool, a 7–10 minute walk to the beach, and stunning lake views. The well-equipped kitchen, king room, and cozy living room with a pull-out sofa provide a comfortable retreat. Nearby, you’ll find restaurants, summer concerts, and shopping for a convenient and fun-filled getaway.
Beautiful Condo in Carillon Beach! Salt Rim includes coastal decor and all the comforts of home. It's on Lake Carillon and includes a view, with a large pool and beach access within a short walk (7-10 minutes, depending on which access). Beach chairs and towels are also provided (4 each). The studio boasts a king size bed, TV and lake view. The living room includes pull out sofa and TV. The kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher and sink. It's well-appointed so you can prepare meals at home. There are a couple eating spots within walking distance, summer concerts, gym (fee), salon and more! It is also conveniently located across the street from grocery stores. Carillon Beach In is 2.5 miles from 30A and 7 miles from Pier Park; incredibly convenient to many restaurants, shops and activities! The primary attraction of the Panhandle of Florida is the beautiful white sandy beach. Carillon Beach is approximately 104 acres with over 3900 front feet of these beautiful beaches. Located in the heart of the property is Lake Carillon, a 13 acre lake, abundant with turtles, bass, migratory birds, blue herons, and an occasional eagle. The property borders Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in the State of Florida, at about 767 acres, and coveting the designation of a ‘Pristine Florida Waterway.’ • Full kitchen includes Toaster, Keurig, Blender, Ice Maker, Microwave • Free Wifi • Linens Provided as well as beach towels (4) • Basic starter set of soaps, paper towels and toilet paper • Smart TV • Large outdoor pool

This includes access to the beach and game courts. This is not included with booking.

Really enjoyed the Carillon neighborhood. Took advantage one of the pools and loved the private beach. It was very very quiet ! Also loved having a coffee shop nearby and Publix ! Close enough to 30A and all the towns we wanted to visit. Would definitely come back!

Although it was a tad cooler and rainy, it was the most peaceful and relaxing place overlooking Lake Carillon. The covered hot tubs were close by and our go to spot. While the beach is a bit of a walk, it may be worth renting a golf cart next time but we didn’t mind. Loved all of it and so did our dog Penny! Smiles the entire time from us all! ❤️🐶 p.s. - By far the best air conditioning anywhere ever. That’s such a huge plus.
