We loved our stay here. This condo location is a convenient, walk to the beach and easy to ride your bike to areas like Seaside or other beachside communities. The condo itself was newly renovated and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay!! The proximity to the pool was awesome and we spent most of our afternoons there.

Great spot for a quick getaway. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Definitely had enough space for the kids to spread out. The complex itself is on the older side, with some units showing wear and tear. Pool access was easy, beach was about a 10 min walk, but the supplied wagons, umbrella and chairs were super helpful. The unit was clean and just as expected. Great price too.

The condo was clean, the location was great, walkable to the beach (5 min), very close to Seaside downtown. They responded to all my questions and were very friendly. I would stay there again.

We have stayed at many different condos within this complex. This one was the best! We will not be looking any where less moving forward. Loved this condo.
