This two-story condominium offers 1161 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, including a master suite with radiant heat flooring and a unique loft area in the third bedroom. Enjoy forest surroundings and mountain vistas from every window. Located on the free bus line, you are minutes from world-class skiing and dining in Vail Village while enjoying a peaceful East Vail setting.

Nestled in a quiet residential area of East Vail, our property offers a serene forest setting with impressive mountain views. The neighborhood provides a peaceful escape from the bustle of the main village while remaining close to local favorites like Bighorn Park, which features a pond, playground, and scenic walking paths. In the winter, you are ideally positioned for world-class skiing and snowboarding at Vail Resort. During the summer months, explore the nearby Gore Creek Trail or take a dip in the complex pool. Local dining and convenience stores are just a short drive or bus ride away in the main village areas.
While a car is recommended for exploring the wider Eagle County area, the free Vail bus system is a highly convenient way to get around. The shuttle stop is located just a short walk from the front door, offering frequent service to Vail Village, Lionshead, and the ski lifts. For those driving, please park only in the assigned space.
Guests will have access to the entire home, including a private washer and dryer and shared amenities. Parking is provided for one vehicle in assigned uncovered space. No parking permit is required for this specific space. There are 19 steps to the front door.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. A Note on Shared Amenities: Please keep in mind that these spaces are operated by the HOA. Because of this, they are subject to seasonal availability—common seasonal closures may include April-May and Sept-Nov—and we can't be held responsible for unexpected closures or repairs. If you are booking specifically for a shared amenity, please feel free to reach out with any questions in advance!
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

My boyfriend and I booked this condo very last minute after our travel plans got changed. The condo is very easy to find in the East Vail area and you have a reserved parking spot. The space in the condo is wonderful. Master bed is comfortable and the kitchen is FULLY stocked (we cooked every morning and several evenings). It is very close to the bus stop which is about a 10 minute bus ride to the ski area. There is also a convenience store across the pool area from the condo which was great for grabbing a few grocery items. This was our first time staying in East Vail but we felt like we got a lot more for our money than we could have in Vail. Great condo.
