Located in the Tahoe Keys, this home offers direct water access and a peaceful neighborhood with scenic views of the mountains and marina. It’s perfect for year-round outdoor activities—from kayaking and paddleboarding in summer to skiing and snowshoeing in winter. Heavenly Village is just 10 minutes away for shopping, dining, and après-ski options.
A car is recommended to explore the area. The home is a short drive to grocery stores, beaches, and ski lifts. While Tahoe does have limited public transport, this neighborhood is best accessed by private vehicle.
Guests have access to the entire home, including the private dock (unable to dock a boat here), garage (left side), driveway parking, upper and lower decks, and in-unit laundry. Garage access is limited to one vehicle due to owner storage.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. There are only traditional analog bikes available. No E-Bikes are on site. Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months. Please note there is no ability to dock a boat on the private dock.

5/5 loved this place! Has everything you need and is in the perfect location, ~15 min from Heavenly Village and Emerald Bay. It was super convenient being able to go back and forth between the home and wherever else we were going. We had some unforeseen circumstances and the hosts were very accommodating.

Our family stayed here for Christmas, everything was awesome. The view was amazing with the snow. The home was great and very spacious. We love the master bedroom how it was on its own floor with plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Location was perfect for us. The kids had the chance to play in the snow right out the front door. The view to the lake was peaceful. The downstairs was the perfect hangout place for our mini loud kids. It gave us peace and quiet upstairs. Perfect area if you want to go for a morning or evening stroll. Many people were walking their pets or just going for runs/walks.
