This rental is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, just steps away from the shores of Lake Tahoe. All of North Tahoe’s activities are within your reach from this condo, with Palisades Tahoe only a 13-minute drive away and Northstar California Resort a little less than 30 minutes away. There are plenty of shops and restaurants located nearby as well, with a grocery store just a few steps away and places to eat only a few minutes up the road.
Getting around Tahoe’s shores couldn’t be easier, whether you decide to rent a car, take public transportation, or use Uber/Lyft rideshare services. This condo is located only a a half-mile away from the closest bus stop, which will take you anywhere you want to go in the Tahoe area.
Guests will have access to the entire home, with 2 parking spots provided.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note that the grill is only available in the summer months.

Logement situé à proximité de la ville et du supermarché, dans un bel environnement, paisible et calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac. Logement impeccable en matière de propreté et il est très bien équipé et disposait également de jouets et de jeux de sociétés. Les chambres étaient suffisamment grandes et le nombre de salles de bain répondait à nos attentes.

My husband and I and our three adult kids (and two of their partners) road-tripped to Tahoe to celebrate a milestone birthday, and ideally wanted a rental on or close to the water. This location was absolutely perfect. Communication was quick the one time we needed to reach out about a parking question. The unit cleanliness was fantastic, housekeeping does a truly stellar job. Kitchen and bathrooms have pretty much everything you need, and the water heater is amazing, we had three back-to-back showers one morning and the hot water never ran out. I've been told by the adult kids that the Playstation is actually a PS4, not a PS5, but they had fun with it just the same. We were also able to easily hook up a Switch to the tv to play some group games as well. Heads-up, we got a visit from an adolescent bear on our last night who found a late-season fruit tree outside the front windows and took advantage of it. Thankfully we were warned by a neighbor that it had been spotted earlier!

My family (me, my husband and two children) and my parents stayed at the condo for a week and absolutely loved it. First thing, THE VIEW!!!! It’s incredible, we’ve been coming to Tahoe for years and this is by far the best location of any place we’ve stayed. The condo complex is stunning with so much history, and it’s quiet and peaceful. The condo itself was great, the kitchen is well stocked, the living space is perfect for relaxing and the beds were very comfortable. The view of sunrise every morning with coffee and sunset on the pier every evening was priceless. Local VR were easy to communicate with and were very quick with responses. We are grateful the owners rent this home so others can enjoy the beauty! We will definitely be back. Don’t think twice, book this condo!

My family and I (five adults in all) had a wonderful stay in this townhouse. It has a phenomenal view of the lake (from the living room and the two bedrooms) along with the swimming pool nearby and the long pier for taking picturesque walks into the lake. The townhouse was spacious, well-furnished and the heat worked beautifully - which we needed at night time. The VLR team was responsive to our questions and request both before and during our stay. We will definitely stay here the next time in Tahoe City.
