This bright 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home will have everything you and your group need for a comfortable mountain vacation. The home's amazing location puts you within 5 minutes of either downtown or the slopes. Your group will love spreading out across the three levels of living space including the two living rooms, the spacious kitchen, and outdoor spaces including a deck with a hot tub. Warm and inviting, this home is the perfect home away from home while in Park City.
As you step inside the front door, you are by a greeted mud room with ample space to unload your outdoor gear before settling into the home. Just off the front door entrance, you will find a comfortable living room with a spacious sectional sofa that can be pulled out into a queen sofa bed. This room is warmed up by a large rug, cozy decor, throw pillows, and blankets. During the day enjoy relaxing on the sofa while you watch a movie or a show on the 45” TV and by night snuggle in for a peaceful night's rest on the pull-out bed. Facing in front of the living room you will find an inside patio, the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee in the warmth of the house while taking in the views. On this main level, you will also find two bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed, matching nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a TV. You will stay nice and warm in this room even on the coldest of winter nights thanks to the built-in wall heater. The second bedroom features a twin bed, a 40" TV, storage space in the closet, and a built-in wall heater. Just outside this bedroom is the full bathroom where you will find a bathtub/shower combo as well as a single sink and toilet. Head up the stairs and you will come to the second level of the home where you will find a second living room, kitchen, and dining area. The second living room is a dynamic space for relaxing, catching up on some remote work, enjoying a good book, or warming up by the fireplace! This room has several different areas including a desk for office work, a reading nook with a couch and bookshelf, and a second couch and two chairs next to the fireplace. The entire room is flooded with natural light from the multiple windows featured throughout the space. From this room, you can head out to the comfortable deck where you will find patio chairs, a bbq, and a private hot tub. Step out and hop into the hot tub before coming back inside to warm up by the fire! Back inside you will find the dining area and kitchen just down a short hallway from the living room. The fully equipped kitchen has a stylish rustic vibe with beautiful natural wood cabinets and exposed wood beams. The chef in your group will enjoy preparing meals in this space where they will find all the cookware needed to whip up a delicious meal and a large kitchen island. At one end of the kitchen, you can step into an enclosed patio with a four-person table where you will feel as if you are dining outside with the windows all around the room filling the space with natural light. On the other end of the kitchen is the dining area where you will find a large dining table. Rounding out this level is a half-bathroom perfect for quick wash-ups before meals. You will find the remaining three bedrooms of the home on the third level providing a great separation of sleeping space. The master bedroom is a warm space with cozy decor, a queen-size bed, as well as matching nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a 40” TV. Adding to the comfort of this room is the attached full bathroom with a lovely two-sink vanity and a walk-in shower that is also a steam shower, perfect for easing sore muscles after a day on the slopes. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a full closet, a 15” TV, and fun wall art adding to the coziness of the space. The third bedroom is a bright room with nice windows bringing in ample natural light. This bedroom features a queen-size bed, a closet, matching nightstands with lamps, and a TV. A fourth bathroom is located on the third floor near the bedrooms and features a shower, sink, and toilet.
With this home's fabulous location, you are perfectly poised for endless exploration of this one-of-a-kind mountain town. The home is located on Deer Valley Drive putting you less than five minutes to the Main Street Historic District or Deer Valley Resort! Be out on the slopes or explore the shops in mere minutes from this home! For more world-class skiing and snowboarding fun, you can make the 5-minute drive over to Park City Mountain Resorts. Near biking and hiking trails, including Gambel Oak Trail, you can also easily make use of the area's many outdoor recreation offerings. Don't forget to check out the Park City Alpine Slide for a one-of-a-kind experience! When you are ready for a city adventure the Main Street Historic District is a 2-minute drive away where you will have access to multiple eateries, breweries, museums, shopping, and other unique entertainment options.
This home is a quick 10-minute bus ride to Park City Mountain Resort, which boasts shops, restaurants, and year-round activities at the resort base. Just a two-minute walk from the home will take you to the Park City Mountain bus stop where you can find buses running every 7 minutes. The Park City Free Bus can connect you to numerous routes spanning all of Park City, including the Deer Valley and Canyons Resorts. For those with a vehicle, you will love the close proximity to Deer Valley Resort, less than a 5-minute drive away! Or spend a day in town, Park City’s historic Main Street is only a quick two-minute drive away. While downtown hop onto the FREE Main Street Trolley, a fun way to explore the area! Uber/Lyft are also available.
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including a private backyard and a spacious deck with a hot tub. Guests will also have access to three parking places, two in the driveway and one space for a small car in the garage.
Please note that, like most homes in Park City, this home does not have A/C. Also, this area of Park City is prone to seasonal bugs and could get into the home. Please note, there are 30 steps to reach the entrance of this home. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
