The home is located in the Warriors Mark neighborhood that provides the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking. The serene forest area is the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway for families and friends. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 6-minute drive away. Also, depending on snow conditions and skill level, the home is ski-in/ski-out during the winter season.
Winter Shuttle Service available during ski season: There’s a shuttle stop less than 50 yards from the driveway. Take the shuttle to the Marriott on Columbine Rd. From there, it’s a five-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. The Breck Free Ride bus is also a great option, especially during the summer. The Flinstone Lane bus stop on the Gray Route is only a 13 minute walk from the house and will take you to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home, garage, outdoor patio and the private hot tub.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. The house does have a thermostat with a fan that blows cool air from the outside. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. There is parking for 2 vehicles in the garage (no large SUV's or trucks) and 3–4 spaces in the driveway. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Great home, close enough to town. Host is super helpful answered questions even before booking the stay. Home had a lot of rooms and a lot of activities to do.

We had a wonderful stay at Pine Station House for a weekend getaway in Breckenridge. The home was exactly what we needed for a large group — spacious, comfortable, and very well laid out with multiple levels that gave everyone room to spread out while still having great spaces to gather together. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in, and the two living areas plus the game room made it perfect for both relaxing and hanging out as a group. The pool table was a big hit, and the hot tub was the perfect way to end after a day on the slopes. The location was great — tucked into a quiet neighborhood but still just a short drive to downtown Breck for restaurants and shopping. We also loved being so close to hiking trails and the national forest, which made it feel like a true mountain retreat. The bedrooms were comfortable, and having multiple bathrooms made mornings easy with a larger group. Overall, the home felt clean and cozy.
