This beautiful 3-bedroom log cottage boasts a dreamy combo of classic mountain cottage meets modern style! The remodeled home features 3-levels of living space with a bright and open main floor, a bedroom & bathroom on each floor of the home, a spacious balcony, and a private hot tub just off the basement. The stylish home is great for families and even includes custom kid-sized bunk beds in the bonus room. Sit back, relax, and unwind in comfort while taking in the beauty of nature! When you arrive at the home, a spacious entryway greets you with stylish decor and ample space to unload your outdoor gear. The entryway opens to the main floor, where you will find the kitchen/living/dining room in a spacious, open layout. Relax in the living room on the plush furnishings, there are several sitting options in this room, providing ample space for your group to kick back and relax. The living room features a couch with a chaise, an oversized chair, and stylish matching leather chairs. Several lamps throughout the room create a warm ambiance, while large windows and French patio doors fill the space with natural light and stunning mountain views. Step out the patio doors and take in the gorgeous mountain vistas from the spacious balcony, complete with a table and chairs, a large L-shaped couch, and several additional patio chairs, it is a great outdoor living space for relaxing or entertaining. Back inside, you will find a stylish wood dining table with seating for 8 on the other side of the living room. The table is well positioned near the windows, so you can enjoy a meal with a view! Across from the dining table is the well-equipped kitchen, a lovely space with granite countertops, white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to whip up a meal during your stay. A full bathroom is located just off from the shared living space for convenient access and features a vintage-style sink and a bathtub/shower combo. When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the first bedroom located just down the hallway from the kitchen. The main floor bedroom is filled with natural light from two large windows overlooking the trees and is outfitted with two XL twin beds in metal bed frames. Head up to the upper level of the home to find the spacious master suite, the only room on the upper floor, providing additional privacy. The master bedroom will have everything you need for a peaceful retreat! Outside the main bedroom, you will find a bright sitting area with a comfortable reading chair tucked next to a large window, making for a cozy reading space. The sitting room can double as an additional sleeping space, with two twin Murphy beds located on either side of the wall, making this a great room for families traveling with small children and wanting to stay close together. Step into the master bedroom and find a plush king-size bed, a dresser with a TV on top, and a leather bench underneath the window. Adding to the comfort of the master suite is an en suite bathroom, a beautiful space complete with a double-sink vanity, a spacious step-in shower with a built-in bench, and a whirlpool tub. A third bedroom is located on the basement level of the home, a cozy space with a queen-size bed ready for you to curl up in. Also on the basement level of the home is a bonus room, a dynamic space that the kids in your group are going to love hanging out in! This room can be used as a second living room and/or a bedroom for the kids in your group as the room features bunk beds perfect for kids up to 10 years old. The room also includes a spacious L-shaped sectional that provides enough space for your entire group to sink in and enjoy a movie night on the large flat-screen TV. A full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo is located on the basement level as well. From the basement, step outside to the private hot tub, the perfect spot to ease sore muscles after a day on the slopes! Steps away from the hot tub, you will find an outdoor fire pit with benches. This gorgeous home is located in North Breckenridge, also known as the Peak 7 area, an area surrounded by serene forest and mountain views providing the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway still close enough to all the action of Breck. This home is a great starting point for nearby hiking, biking, and walking trails with several trails just a five-minute drive away such as Gold Hill, Colorado Trail, and Blair Witch Trailheads. For the golfers in your group Breckenridge Golf Club is just a five-minute drive away, from here you will also enjoy fabulous views of nearby Breckenridge Ski Resort. A four-minute drive will transport you to the Broken Compass, one of the best breweries in the country. If you don't want to drive, just call their free brewery shuttle--service begins 11am every day! This listing is also a 5-minute drive from Breckenridge Distillery, an award-winning and stylish new restaurant offering modern American cuisine with altitude. If you'd like to venture to Main Street in Breckenridge for access to the BreckConnect Gondola and experiences in dining, shopping, museums, bars, and other festivities, you will be only a short 8-minute drive away. If you do go downtown, check out the walking path alongside the Blue River that winds throughout town; it is very scenic and is perfect for sightseeing. Make a reservation at Ollie's, the world's highest floating restaurant with access to walkways to enter from Adams or Jefferson Street. The Gondola will also take passengers from here to the Breckenridge Fun Park during the Summer, complete with zip lines and canopy tours. In the winter months be out on some of the area's best ski slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, located just 6 minutes away, or make a bit of a longer drive over to either Keystone Resort or Cooper Mountain.
This home is within a five-minute drive to the Colorado Trailhead and to Gold Hill Trailhead, placing the great outdoors within quick driving and walking access. Summit County offers the Summit Stage free ride bus, giving you access to Keystone, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, Frisco, Breckenridge, and other surrounding areas. This provides guests with an additional public transportation option, with the Fairview Circle bus stop near Highway 9 a 10-minute walk from the house. This can connect you to the Breck Free Ride buses, or the Main Street Trolley, making it easy to get around town. Or, head over to the Airport Road parking lot, located only a mile away from the house, where you can jump onto a free shuttle to the Breck Gondolas. Breckenridge historic district and the beautiful town of Frisco are both within less than a 10-minute drive from this stunning home. You will have multiple parking access locations in downtown Breck, with one of the bigger lots at the BreckConnect Gondola - a gateway to endless skiing options. The free Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home, which includes a private hot tub and a spacious balcony. Guests will also have access to 4 parking spaces in the driveway in front of the home.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate, so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use! Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
