Put on your skis on the deck and ski directly to the Snowflake lift or the gondola, and return on the 4 O'Clock trail from peak 8 at lunch or at the end of the day. Watch the skiers or bikers in the mountain bike park from the luxurious leather sofa. This newly remodeled stunning home is the ideal option for families or groups of friends that want to be in the heart of it all.
Make your way to Breckenridge for an unforgettable vacation getaway with this gorgeous multi-level 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home that will comfortably fit up to 12 guests. Relax and melt your stress away in the private sauna, located in the lower level of the home. The master bedroom on this floor features a comfortable king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. Towards the end of the hall, there is a living room that doubles as a bedroom. This room has a comfortable L-shaped pullout couch, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The 4 O'Clock run is easily accessed from the lower level of the house through the living room/bedrooms. The laundry area with the washer and dryer is on this floor. We also added new mattresses and a new range in February of 2026. The main floor of the house boasts a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, where the chef in your group can show off their exquisite cooking skills. The 4 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen are the best way to keep the cook in good company. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area, with seating for up to 8. The table can be extended to seat 12. Cozy up on the luxurious sectional leather sofa in the family room while cherishing the warmth of the indoor gas fireplace. Unwind for the night while watching your favorite show on the flat-screen TV. Access the outdoor deck through the living room/dining area. Admire the stars at night and take in the scent of the fresh mountain air in the seating area on the deck. As you go up the stairs, the 3rd level of the house features a vibrant master bedroom with plenty of natural lighting entering through the expansive windows. This master bedroom has a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a separate tub where you can soak and unwind after a long day. This room has a desk and chair for those that need to stay in touch with the office during their stay. The 4th level of the house has a shared bathroom with a double vanity, a refreshing walk-in shower, and a separate tub for you to relax in. Right around the corner is a bunk room with 2 full-over full-size beds, a twin trundle, and a couple of large bean bag chairs for you to lounge in. This room also features a flat-screen TV and a small work desk. The last bedroom at the end of the hall has a twin over queen size bunk bed with a twin size trundle and a flat-screen TV. Conveniently situated in one of the best locations in Breckenridge, you are within walking distance to multiple Peak 8 activities and ski lifts. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby for you to enjoy and the Breckenridge Mountain Bike Skills Park is just outside the back door to this unit. Should you decide to take the free bus into town, you will have access to plenty of shopping, dining, bars, and other entertainment options you won't want to miss. This vacation home is the perfect gateway for your Main Street and mountain adventures.
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Gold Camp bus stop on the Black Express Route only a 6-minute walk from the house, while the nearest lift (Snowflake lift) is located within half a mile, pop on your ski gear and ski down to the lift. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guest will have access to the entire home, outdoor deck, the private sauna, and the shared indoor pool and hot tubs in the building next door. You will also have access to 2 parking spots in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. There are 4 parking spaces for guests to use. 2 cars can park in the driveway and 2 in the garage. The garage has a 6.5' height and can fit most standard vehicles. Larger vehicles may not fit. Please use the driveway for larger vehicles. Please note that before the mountain closes and after the snowflake lift closes, guests can ski down to the Gondola for mountain access. The Snowflake chair isn't open late season. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

We had such a great stay at this home and truly loved our time here. The location is fantastic, incredibly convenient to Peak 8 and everything Breckenridge has to offer, yet still quiet and cozy at the end of the day. It made our ski days so easy and stress-free. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped for a family. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out, relax, and unwind after full days on the mountain. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and it really felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated how seamless the check-in process was and how responsive and helpful the host was throughout our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, which made the trip that much more enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Breckenridge, especially families looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.
