Guests can enter the home through the two-car garage where they will find a few steps leading up to the main living space. The main living space features the living room/kitchen/dining area in an open layout with great tile floors throughout. In the living room is a light-filled room with cozy furnishing including a sectional sofa and two chairs. Warm up by the electric fire as you enjoy a movie on the mounted TV. A stylish light fixture, rug, and stone hearth provide a warm atmosphere to the space making it a homey area you will enjoy relaxing in. Just off the living room, you will find the spacious dining room and kitchen connected together. The dining area boasts a large table with seating for up to 8. The home includes a few different board games and cards so once you have finished dinner you can turn the table into the game night area as you challenge the group to some friendly competition. Connected to the dining room is the kitchen making it convenient to bring dinner straight to the table for a family-style meal. The kitchen is connected to the dining area via a lovely kitchen island where you will find additional seating for three on the bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to whip up a meal with stainless steel appliances including double ovens, spacious granite counters for meal prep, and a full range of basic cookware, you will enjoy preparing your delicious creations in this space! From the kitchen, you can step out onto the deck where you will find a BBQ, patio seating, and a private 6-person hot tub perfect for easing sore muscles after a day on the slopes. When you are ready to settle in for the night you will find four bedrooms on the upper level of the home. The master bedroom of the home is a comfortable space with a king-size bed and matching nightstands with lamps for added comfort. The room boasts large windows providing mountain views right from the bed! Rounded out the space is a large dresser with a Samsung TV on top, a reading chair tucked in the corner, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom. The master bathroom provides a luxurious space to freshen up before bed with a large double-sink vanity, ample storage space, and a walk-in shower and soothing jetted tub with lovely tile work. The second upstairs bedroom also features a comfortable king-size bed with lamps on either side perfect for reading before bed. The room includes a cozy bench with storage space tucked underneath a large window, a TV on top of a small dresser, and a closet. The next two upstairs bedrooms each feature bunk beds making them great rooms for sharing. The first bunk room includes a twin over queen bed in a stylish wood bed frame, a large dresser with a TV on top, a closet, and a desk underneath the window so you can catch up on any remote work needs while taking in the views. The second bunk room is a cozy space with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a dresser with a TV on top, and a closet. All of the bedrooms have an oversized rug providing additional comfort to the rooms. Rounding out the upstairs is a shared full bathroom with a large single sink vanity providing plenty of counter and cabinet space, and a bathtub shower combo. The lower level of the home features a second family room that is the perfect cozy spot for hanging out with your loved ones. The dynamic room features a pull-out couch that can be made into a bed, a small dresser, a mounted TV, and an electric fireplace in a lovely stone hearth. A private bathroom with a walk-in shower rounds out this space on the lower level. The home also features central A/C so you can keep cool on those warm summer days! Guests will also have access to the shared amenities; pool/hot tub, tennis courts, and clubhouse where a fitness center is located.
Located in the Bear Hollow community the location of the home places your right next to Olympic Park and just a short walk to Redstone / Newpark in Kimball Junction where you will find shopping, grocery, restaurants, and more! Natural beauty is all around in this area with several hiking trailheads in close proximity such as Legacy Loop, Spring Creek Trailhead, and Basin Recreation Millenium Trailhead just minutes away. If your trip is all about skiing you will love the close proximity to several of the area's resorts with Canyon Village 7 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort 20 minutes away, you can be out on the slopes in no time. Get some shopping in at the nearby outlet malls with Outlet Park City just a six-minute drive away and Redstone Center just over a mile away. It is also a quick 12-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries.
The home is situated on the free shuttle route making it easy and convenient to get around town! Just a half-mile walk from the front door is a bus stop to the FREE transit line that will take you to Canyons Village Transit Hub, or a mile walk to the Kimball Junction Transit Center, where from both you have convenient access to other bus routes to the resorts, outlet stores, and downtown Park City. Many of the area's best outdoor ski resorts are within 20 minutes from the home such as Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, and Canyon Village Resort is only a 7-minute drive from the home. Make the 12-minute drive to downtown Park City, or take the bus to town, from where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home including a garage and a private balcony with a hot tub. Guests will also have access to 4 parking places directly in front of the home.
Please be aware that the outdoor pool is closed during the winter season. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note, the hot tub/spa is open year-round. The pool operates seasonally, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with dates that may vary based on weather. The clubhouse, which includes a fitness and lounge area, is open daily.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed unless Owner/Manager approves the Guest request before Check In Date, pets (dog only) fees may apply. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and the Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
