Nestled amongst the pine trees on a quiet street, this home boasts a great layout with three bedrooms downstairs and a spacious main living space upstairs offering a great separation of space for groups to spread out. Take in the beautiful nature from the large windows that fill the home with natural light, step out onto the spacious balcony and enjoy views of Lake Tahoe in the distance, or relax in the peaceful backyard. A bonus to this fabulous home, guests can enjoy access to a private HOA beach at Tahoe Park. As you arrive at the home on the ground floor you will first come to a fully enclosed front porch great for keeping you out of the elements while you unload your outdoor gear. Just inside the front door, you will find a staircase leading up to the main living space where a bright space full of classic cabin charm welcomes you! This area boasts high vaulted ceilings with exposed wood beams, soaring windows with views overlooking the surrounding trees, plush furnishings, and charming cabin decor. A living room outfitted with 2 plush couches and 2 matching chairs offers ample seating for your group to kick back and relax. A rock-stone hearth with an electric fireplace is perfect for warming up on snowy days while you watch the snow falling out the large windows. Or, end the day with a movie night on the 46” TV or a family game night with one of the many board games in the home. From the living room, you can step through the sliding glass doors to the spacious deck, a dreamy outdoor oasis to enjoy the lake and tree views. In the summer enjoy relaxing on one of the patio chairs, or take dinner outside and dine at the outdoor table. Back inside you will find the dining area with a dining table featuring seating for 6 and a built-in wine bar in the corner. Tucked next to soaring windows offering spectacular nature views, your group will love gathering for meals in this space. A kitchen island with 2 bar stools is located next to the table offering additional seating for meal time if needed. Steps away from the dining area is the fully-equipped kitchen with a layout that makes efficient use of its space with plenty of cabinets and counter space for your group to utilize. The first downstairs bedroom is the master suite, located to the right of the front door this spacious room boasts a queen-size bed, a spacious closet, sliding glass doors that open up to the private backyard, and an attached bathroom. Freshen up before bed in the master bathroom where you will find an updated space with a single-sink vanity and a spacious shower stall with glass doors. Directly across the hallway from the master bedroom is a second bedroom which is perfect for sharing with two twin beds and a spacious closet. This bedroom includes a child’s bed and a pack-n-play in the closet making this room a good option for little ones to share. The home’s final bedroom is down the hallway from the other two rooms offering additional privacy and features a queen-size bed, a dresser, matching nightstands, and a closet. A full bathroom for shared use is comfortably located near the downstairs bedrooms and features a single-sink vanity and a shower. Neighborhood


Tucked among the trees in an idyllic setting, this charming home places you less than 10 minutes from Tahoe City and steps away from beautiful outdoor recreation areas. In the winter months the home places you near some of the best slopes in the area with Alpine Meadows Ski Resort and Tahoe Ski Resort a 20-minute drive away, and both Tahoe Nordic Cross Country Center and Homewood Ski Resort 10 minutes away. If you are looking for some great XC skiing or snowshoeing, you are just minutes away from the popular trails at Paige Meadows. During the summer months, head down to Tahoe Park, a private beach/park on Lake Tahoe only a mile away. Guests staying at this home have HOA access to Tahoe Park where you can enjoy a pier, pebble beach, grassy lawns, children’s play area, horseshoes, bocce ball courts, volleyball courts, great swimming, and BBQ areas. This park is next to the famous Sunnyside Restaurant and Marina, where you can find great food and watercraft rentals. You are also less than half a mile from the Lake Tahoe Bike Path, or if some high alpine hiking is what you are into, Paige Meadows is an 8-minute drive away where you will find beautiful meadows lined with a vast network of trails that connect you to the Pacific Crest Trail and the Tahoe Rim Trail. For those in your group looking for a little less outdoor time, Tahoe City is less than a 10-minute drive where you will find many cute boutique shops, a wide variety of bars and restaurants, farmers markets, and live music. The West Shore Market is also just down the street where you will find great coffee and sandwiches for the day, followed up by some delicious flatbread pizza beer/wine, and bingo at night! When it comes to a great location for everything Lake Tahoe has to offer, this house cannot be beaten!

Transit


Take advantage of the home's close driving proximity to Tahoe City and make the short 7-minute drive where you can use the FREE park and ride to reach locations such as Olympic Park and Northstar California Resort. With HWY 89 just minutes away, you can easily make day trips to many of the stunning surrounding areas located around Tahoe City. Tahoe area public transportation, known as TART, has a stop a little over a mile from the home. This bus stop is on the Mainline and is called Hwy 89 at Tahoe Park Ln which runs every hour. Tahoe has UBER, Lyft, and many taxi companies.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces like the deck and backyard (excluding the gas grill). Guests will also have access to two parking spaces in the paved driveway located in front of the home.

Notes


Please note, the BBQ is currently unavailable. Charcoal grills are strictly forbidden in this county and will result in a $1,500 citation if used. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Patio furniture is stored during winter months. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
