Guests have exclusive access to the upper and main levels of the home, all outdoor spaces including the backyard and fire pit, and a shared garage for gear storage. The lower-level unit is occupied by a full-time local tenant.

We had a wonderful time on this girls trip. This house had everything you could need with plenty of space and beautiful views. It was in a peaceful location that was not far from downtown. There were plenty of close trails and beautiful view within close proximity without having to drive. It’s a perfect quiet getaway that is also not far from town.

My husband, my parents, our 2 year old daughter, 3 month old son, 2 dogs and I stayed here for 5 nights in early July. We had a wonderful stay!! The house was very comfortable and a great size for all of us. It was located in beautiful surroundings and was only a 10-15 minutes drive to downtown Breckenridge. We appreciated having a nice, open living area and the deck. The furniture was all very comfortable and fit us well. We also enjoyed finding some local trails in the woods just down the road. When you walk in the house, you enter into an entryway. On that first level there is the washer/dryer and one of the bedrooms/bathrooms (which ended up being perfect for my parents). There is also a set of stairs that leads up to the main level (where the main living space was, along with the other 3 bedrooms). The main floor master was accessed through the bedroom with bunk beds but that ended up not being a problem for us (we just didn't use the bunk room as a bedroom)
