Surrounded by trees with a beautiful view of Buffalo Peak & within 40 minutes of 6 different ski areas, this home is perfect for those who want to experience the great outdoors of the Rocky Mountains. Inside the home you will find two living rooms, a hot tub & a sauna, and a spacious deck, providing plenty of space to keep everyone comfortable and entertained.
This mountain home is designed for comfort and socializing with an open living area, a spacious deck, 4 cozy bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms, you will have ample room for large families or groups of friends to spread out. Guests will love the special features this house has from the magnificent views, private hot tub and sauna, the sunny deck, and two living rooms. As you walk in the front door of the home, you will find a tiled entryway with a closet and bench providing a comfortable place to unload your outdoor gear before settling in. Just off the entryway, you will first come to the main-level shared bathroom, which is connected to a sauna. For those looking to ease sore muscles after a busy day of outdoor adventures, you will love relaxing in the spacious sauna, which features 2 levels for extra room to spread out. Once you are done in the sauna, you can easily freshen up in the connected full bathroom, where you will find a shower/bathtub combo. The bathroom features a door separating the shower/bathtub from the bathroom sink, providing additional privacy and space. Further, into the main level of the home, you will find the cozy living room with high ceilings and windows from all around providing views over the surrounding trees and mountains. Relax in the inviting living room, where you can enjoy a movie night on the TV or take in the views from out the large windows. From the living room, you can step out the sliding glass doors to the spacious deck and take in the fresh mountain air and beautiful views. During the summer months, the deck provides a great outdoor living space with a BBQ, a picnic table, and patio furniture with seating for up to 15. In the wintertime enjoy snowy nights out in the hot tub, and in the summer time bring the fun outside and take in the sunshine while you enjoy a BBQ with your group. Back inside you will find the dining area located just off the living room and next to the kitchen with a pass-thru window connecting the two areas making it easy to bring meals straight to the table for a family-style dinner. The dining room features a large table with seating for 13, so your entire group can enjoy a meal together. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, spacious countertops perfect for meal prep, and all the cookware needed to whip up a delicious meal. The kitchen also features a built-in sitting area with space for two, making it a cozy spot to grab a snack or get in some remote work. When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find the master bedroom on the main level. This spacious bedroom is full of natural light and charm! The room has windows all around, providing great views right from the king-size bed. The dynamic room includes a comfortable couch, desk, and chair great for any remote work needs, as well as a dresser, an armoire, a large closet, and an attached bathroom. Freshen up before bed in the master bathroom, where you will find a large double-sink vanity and a door that separates the bathtub/shower area for additional privacy. Head upstairs where you will find an additional two bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms features queen-size beds, a TV, and an attached full bathroom with showers. One of the bedrooms also features access to a balcony. On the basement level of the home, you will find the remaining 1 bedroom, as well as a second living room. The second living room is a dynamic space perfect for entertaining with its large TV and foosball table and ample seating accommodations. At night, turn this space into a sleeping area and pull out the queen bed in one of the couches. The basement-level bedroom provides ample sleeping space with 3 sets of bunk beds! This room is great for families traveling with small children, or for all the cousins in the family to share a room! This lovely vacation home is located in Silverthorne, the perfect place to enjoy endless mountain adventures, as well as shopping, golfing, fishing, and dining experiences. Nestled amongst the trees in the fabulous Wildernest neighborhood, the home’s location places you near to it all - incredible outdoor access, close proximity to Silverthorne, and easy access to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. This area of Silverthorne features many hiking and biking trails with several trails just a few minutes away including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads. During the summer months, enjoy a round of golf at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, you are less than 10 minutes from the fairway. The charming town of Dillon is just minutes away, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. You are also within 40 minutes of six different ski areas, including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge, and Vail.
Situated in the heart of Silverthorne, you are just minutes away from I-70, the main highway that spans this stretch of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas with ease. From this home are you just 8 minutes from Dillion, 12 minutes from Frisco, and within 30 minutes you can find yourself exploring Breckenridge and Vail. From this home, you are also a 10-minute walk from the North Side Circle bus stop on Ryan Gulch Road, which is part of the Summit Stage FREE bus route on the Wildernest Loop. You can hop on the bus and find yourself connected with all the Summit Stage Free Bus routes that span Silverthorne and extend to the neighboring communities. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, which include a spacious deck and 7-person hot tub. Guests will also have access to parking for up to 5 vehicles, with 2 parking spots inside the garage and 3 parking spots in the driveway.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
