Located in East Breckenridge, this home sits in a peaceful residential area surrounded by pines and trails. You’re just minutes from the heart of downtown Breck, where you'll find shopping, dining, and après-ski options. In winter, enjoy world-class skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort. In summer, the nearby French Gulch and Boreas Pass areas offer hiking, biking, and scenic drives.
A car is recommended for this property. While downtown Breckenridge is only a few minutes away by car, there is no nearby shuttle access. Winter tires or 4WD are strongly recommended due to seasonal snow and steep roads.
Guests will have full access to the entire home, garage, driveway, gas grill, fire pit, and laundry area. All amenities are for guest use only and not shared with others.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates. Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Wonderful place! Plenty of room, clean, and well appointed. It’s close to Main Street but also a few blocks up the mountain so it’s a bit elevated. Beautiful view of the mountains from the hot tub!

Incredible stay! The location is perfect— nestled close enough to Main Street, but enough out to feel privacy. The place was beautiful, and despite its size, felt warm and cozy. The house was very clean, and the hosts were so thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating. We will absolutely book this place again in the future!
