In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 15 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort, getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those with a vehicle, you are just a 10-minute drive to downtown. Once downtown, you can park and hop on to the FREE Main Street Trolley and enjoy exploring downtown with ease. For those traveling between the months of November to May, AWD/4WD drive is required. Uber/Lyft are always available.
The guest will have access to the entire home, a balcony, and 2 parking places in front of the building the townhome is located in.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Amazing stay! Def recommend if ur looking to stay in Breckenridge, homey and very clean and amazing views! Not to far from grocery store, restaurants and shops. I look forward to coming back soon!

Our summer stay was great. Our children were obsessed with UNO once we found the cards along with other board games in the coffee table. There was enough space in our bedroom to put the provided pack n play next to our bed. The bunk room was perfect for our older kids to set up camp. We did not even realize we had an amazing trail head near us that you can take your vehicle through with amazing views. Do not forget Boreas Pass road (summer visits). Pros: -Breckenridge Troll is super close -Ice rink/Family bounce right next to troll -Free busses -Downstairs at Eric's (kids loved this place) -9 minutes to City Market Cons: No A/C (Need more fans in the condo) Spiral staircase with small kids (we put the bench in front of the bottom) Overall: This was a great place to stay and everyone enjoyed their stay. The cool summer nights (40's) and highs of 70's made it comfortable for our TX family to catch a break from the heat.
