Settle in for a peaceful mountain getaway at this charming 3-bedroom condo. Located in the Bear Hollow community right next to Olympic Park you are minutes from world-class skiing, hiking trails, shopping, and downtown Park City. The fully-equipped condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay with an open layout, 3 inviting bedrooms, a private balcony, and access to a range of shared amenities such as a hot tub and a seasonal outdoor pool. As you arrive at the home take in the peacefulness this area provides while being just minutes from all the action. Upon entering the home you will come to the open living/kitchen/dining room, an intimate space set up for entertaining or relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen is a beautiful space with lovely granite countertops, stylish lighting fixtures, and a full range of cookware to prepare your culinary creations with. A spacious kitchen bar with 3 bar stools offers a great spot to grab a snack or keep the chef company. Easily bring hot dishes to the dining table, conveniently located next to the kitchen, so you can enjoy family-style meals. The tall table offers seating for 6 so you and your group can enjoy a meal or a game night together. Head into the inviting living room where plush carpeting and cozy furnishings offer a comfortable place to relax and hang out with your loved ones. The living room features a large leather couch that can be used as a pull-out bed, as well as a second loveseat leather couch. Curl up on the couches while you warm up by the gas fire, or enjoy a movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. A sliding glass door fills the living room with natural light and provides access to the private balcony where you will find a BBQ, a bistro-style table, and chairs. A hallway off the dining room leads to the condo’s three bedrooms where you will first come to the master bedroom. Enjoy a restful night of sleep on the queen bed in this spacious room where you will find a large dresser, a TV, two nightstands, and lamps, and a leather couch. Several large windows fill the space with natural light and an ensuite bathroom adds additional comfort and privacy to the room. Freshen up before bed in the en suite bathroom where you will find a double-sink vanity with ample under-the-sink storage space, a free-standing shower, and a soaking tub. Across the hallway from the master bedroom is a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer making it easy to keep up with any laundry needs during your stay. An additional two bedrooms are situated across from each other at the end of the hallway providing a nice separation of space between the bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has its own level of charm with lovely decor creating a welcoming ambiance. The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed in a metal frame, a 6-drawer dresser with a TV on top, and a spacious closet. The second guest bedroom is perfect for sharing with a twin-over-queen bunk bed with a full-trundle bed, this room makes efficient use of its space! A 5-drawer dresser and a spacious closet provide plenty of space for those sharing this room to unpack their personal items, with a TV bringing entertainment into the room. All three of the bedrooms have plush carpeting for added comfort. Conveniently located between the two guest bedrooms is a shared bathroom with a large single-sink vanity with below-sink storage space and a bathtub/shower combo.
Located in the Bear Hollow community the location of the home places you are right next to Olympic Park and just a short walk to Redstone / Newpark in Kimball Junction where you will find shopping, grocery, restaurants, and more! Natural beauty is all around in this area with several hiking trailheads in close proximity such as Legacy Loop, Spring Creek Trailhead, and Basin Recreation Millenium Trailhead just minutes away. If your trip is all about skiing you will love the close proximity to several of the area's resorts with Canyon Village 7 minutes away, and Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort 20 minutes away, you can be out on the slopes in no time. Get some shopping in at the nearby outlet malls with Outlet Park City just a six-minute drive away and Redstone Center just over a mile away. It is also a quick 12-minute drive to Park City's historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival, where you can explore the many shops, galleries, eateries, and breweries.
The home is situated on the free shuttle route making it easy and convenient to get around town! Just a half-mile walk from the front door is a bus stop to the FREE transit line that will take you to Canyons Village Transit Hub, or a mile walk to the Kimball Junction Transit Center, where from both you have convenient access to other bus routes to the resorts, outlet stores, and downtown Park City. Many of the area's best outdoor ski resorts are within 20 minutes from the home such as Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resort, and Canyon Village Resort is only a 7-minute drive from the home. Make the 12-minute drive to downtown Park City, or take the bus to town, from where you can ride the FREE Main Street Trolley to explore the area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire home and one parking space directly in front of the home. The home includes access to a range of shared amenities in the clubhouse which include a pool, spa, fitness center, and lounge area.
Please be aware that the outdoor pool is closed during the winter season. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Please note, the hot tub/spa is open year-round. The pool operates seasonally, typically from Memorial Day to Labor Day, with dates that may vary based on weather. The clubhouse, which includes a fitness and lounge area, is open daily.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets (dogs only) are only allowed with Owners/Property Managers prior approval. Pet fees apply. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
