Whether you are hitting the slopes in winter or exploring hiking and mountain biking trails in summer, adventure awaits just steps from your door. From the home, you are within walking distance of various shops and eateries, as well as Market Plaza and Mountain Village Gondola, which connects Mountain Village and Telluride. Alternatively, make the short drive to Telluride Ski Resort for quick access to mountain adventures. Dive into the town's vibrant cultural scene with a short drive to Telluride's Historic District, where charming Victorian architecture, boutique shops, cozy cafés, and eclectic eateries await. For a memorable day trip, unwind at the renowned Ouray Hot Springs pool, about an hour's drive from the home, for a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience.
The well-located home places you minutes from several gondolas, getting you out in the mountains or down to downtown Telluride in no time. A short walking path will take you directly from the home to Market Plaza Gondola for easy ski-in/ski-out access. The gondola connects Mountain Village to Telluride, offering a convenient way to access other ski runs while enjoying the scenic views of the San Juan Mountains. In the summer months, explore the area's many hiking and biking trails, such as the nearby Bear Creek Falls or Prospect Trail.
Guests will have access to the entire home as well as the option to pay for onsite parking. Guests will also have access to onsite shared amenities that include an outdoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, steam room, and laundry facilities.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. Parking is $39 per night, and it's all valet service (valet is free) upon picking up your keys at the front desk, *NOT INCLUDED* in your booking charges. ● Mountain Lodge Front Desk shuts down by 6pm each evening from 10/21 to 11/27 and the entire Main Lodge Building is closed at 7pm until 7:30am the next morning. ● If you are arriving after 6pm, you will need to inform and arrange with us to have key cards left outside in our lockboxes. Otherwise, you will not be able to check in. ● It is self-parking only during off season. ● There are no Valet Staff during off season, so you will have to handle your own luggage, and the guest shuttle service may be limited. Mountain Lodge restaurant will be closed starting 10/21 until 11/29.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are only allowed with Owners/Property Managers prior approval. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and the Guest will be evicted. Pet fees may apply. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.

The place had so much room inside. The access out the back doors was great. The space was so comfortable to relax in. More than enough room for me, my husband, and our 2 boys that are both over 6 feet tall. I travel with a cordless vacuum but this place has a vacuum if you need it. We brought our own laundry detergent but they also provided that in case you need it. We also bring our own soaps and shampoos but the ones provided were really nice. The area is so beautiful and this building is a quick walk to the free gondola and market. The hotel policy to only valet your car is a pain especially because we were on a long road trip and needed access to items in our car from time to time. I ended up parking the car myself an no one said anything about not valeting. My 13 and 16 year old needed the car often to bop around the local lakes and rivers to fish. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Walkable to handy market that has everything you need. They also have the shuttle that will take you there. Hop on the gondola from there to go to Mountain Village restaurants and shops, skiing or on to Telluride. Hot tub, lodge, sauna and gym are fantastic. The View restaurant is fantastic. We stayed here for a week at Thanksgiving and felt right at home. We made a lot of great memories! Highly recommend.
