This stylish 2-bedroom condo is the perfect spot for a peaceful mountain getaway at the doorstep of National Forest land and all that Keystone has to offer. Enjoy the quiet location surrounded by alpine trees less than a mile from Keystone Ski Resort. Take a hike from the front door or jump on the free bus across the street. After a busy day of outdoor adventures, you’ll love the comforts of home: fully equipped kitchen, cozy stone fireplace, private outdoor patio, and shared pool and hot tub.
As you enter the condo on the ground floor you will be greeted by a charming light-filled space with an open layout and views out the back towards the surrounding trees. Directly to the right of the entryway is the dining room and well-laid-out kitchen that is fully equipped with everything from stainless steel appliances and beautiful countertops and cabinets. The kitchen includes everything from a drip coffee maker to an instant pot, making it convenient to put together a delicious meal during your stay. A kitchen bar with two bar stools connects the kitchen to the dining area where you will find a wood table with seating for six which includes a comfortable built-in bench seat. This room is flooded with natural light thanks to the oversized window looking out towards the trees. On the other side of the kitchen, you will find a small pass-through window that looks into the stylish living room. This well-designed space offers an inviting and cozy common area for relaxing. Warm up by the lovely stone wood fireplace as you settle into the large sectional couch which doubles as a pull-out king bed. Enjoy the views out the patio door as you catch a movie on the 58” TV and make plans for your next adventure. For added comfort, you will find a coffee table, two small side tables, and two lamps situated around the space, creating a cozy atmosphere. Off the living room, guests can enjoy the fresh mountain air out on the patio, which features four patio chairs for guest use. When you are ready to settle in for the night, you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor of the condo. Directly in front of the front doorway, you will find the stairs that will take you to the condo’s second floor. As you arrive at the landing, you will find the guest bedroom to your right. This room is great for families traveling with children as it makes efficient use of its space with both a queen-size bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed in the room. Guests will have plenty of space to store their personal belongings with the large walk-in closet, coat hooks, and two nightstands. Across the hallway, you will find the spacious master bedroom, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. This room boasts a queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a large closet that includes a small desk with a monitor for a private workspace, a dresser, and a 32” TV. This room is flooded with natural light thanks to the wall of windows overlooking the trees. The master bedroom also has an attached bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity, a heated towel rack, and a tiled shower/bathtub making it convenient to wash up before settling in for the night. A second European-style bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and features a freestanding sink, a heated towel rack, and a tiled walk-in shower. This condo offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort less than a mile away. With a quick bus ride or drive you can be at the Mountain House or River Run base areas to quickly get on the slopes. In the summer months, go hiking/biking/trail running out the door on the Keystone Gulch trail system, fish or stroll along the nearby Snake River, grab a horseback or wagon ride at the Keystone Stables a half mile down the road, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. After a day on the mountain, enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina, makes for a scenic outing. Or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafes and shops.
There is a Keystone Ski Resort FREE shuttle stop directly across the street (yellow route) that gets you to Mountain House base area in less than 5 minutes. You can also drive to just about anywhere else in Keystone in 5-10 minutes. In the summer, hit the hiking trails at Keystone Gulch Trailhead out the front door, or reach the Snake River pathway with a 5-10 minute walk. You are also within 30 minutes drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 9-minute drive away, Silverthorne is 11 minutes, Frisco is 17 minutes, and Vail is 40 minutes. The home has a few public transportation stops within walking distance. Aside from the Keystone Ski Resort shuttle stop directly across the street, you will find the Summit Stages FREE bus' Sunrise stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route located just under a mile from your door. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, a private outdoor patio, and four parking spots in the shared parking lot. Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared amenities such as the hot tub and pool. Club house hours are 9am until 10pm.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. The unit will no longer have a gas grill starting December 2024 due to insurance restrictions in Summit County. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the pools are open year-round. Hot tub covers are typically removed in mid-May and replaced in the last week of September.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
