This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is located in River West along the Blue River where guests can enjoy river access. The home is a new build, boasting brand-new furniture, stylish decor, and luxurious amenities including heated floors and covered parking. The great location of the condo places you within walking distance of dining and shopping, and a short drive to the main highway, where you can quickly be off exploring the surrounding mountain communities and ski resorts. When you enter the home, you will find the open shared living space directly ahead, and the two bedrooms to your left. The entryway features a spacious shoe rack, so you can unload your gear before settling into the home. Make your way towards the open kitchen/dining/living room, where you will be greeted by a stylish space well set-up for entertaining or relaxing. The living room has a welcoming ambiance with a modern gas fireplace situated in a beautiful white stone hearth, well-placed decor, and large windows filling the space with natural light. Outfitted with two swivel chairs, and a large couch, you can comfortably sit back and relax in this space while you warm up by the fire or enjoy a movie night on the large mounted smart TV. On the other side of the living room is a beautiful, modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything the chef in your group will need to prepare a delicious meal. The spacious kitchen features stainless steel appliances, beautiful white countertops contrasting against lovely dark wood cabinets, and a large kitchen island with 3 barstools. The kitchen will have everything you need to enjoy meals at home during your stay, including a crockpot and a blender! You will love preparing meals and snacks in this beautiful space, and the home’s open layout will keep you central to all the action, so you don’t have a miss a thing! Next to the kitchen is the dining area where you will find a round table with a glass top and seating for four situated next to the sliding glass doors. Open up the doors and step out to the balcony to take in the fresh mountain air while relaxing on the patio chairs. The balcony faces the Gore Range mountains, creating a lovely scenery to enjoy. Back inside, you will find a full bathroom with a single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo just down the hallway from the shared living space, near the front door. A stacked washer and dryer can also be found in the hallway in a laundry closet, so you can comfortably keep up with any laundry needs during your stay. When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the two bedrooms down the hallway on the back side of the condo providing a nice separation from the shared living area. The first bedroom is a beautiful and spacious room with a plush king-size bed, a mounted TV, and a large window filling the room with natural light. A dresser and closet provide room to unpack your belongings, with an attached bathroom providing a private space to freshen up before bed. The attached bathroom is outfitted with a wall-length double sink vanity with under-the-sink storage and a spacious step-in shower with a glass door. The condo’s second bedroom is great for sharing, with a queen-over-queen bunk bed providing extra sleeping space and a large closet. A large window fills the room with natural light, with a colorful oversized rug creating a welcoming ambiance to the space. From both bedrooms, you can glimpse over the river and the beautiful surroundings.

Located in River West, you are right by the beautiful Blue River, which offers river access and world-class fly-fishing. From the home, you can enjoy the close proximity to I-70, the main roadway in the area that spans this gorgeous stretch of mountain towns. This area of Silverthorne features many hiking and biking trails with several trails just a few minutes away including the nearby Lily Pad Lake and Salt Lick Trailheads. During the summer months, enjoy a round of golf at Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks, you are less than 5 minutes from the fairway. The charming town of Dillon is just minutes away, with the scenic Dillon Reservoir and Dillon Amphitheater, well known for its summer concerts. You are also within 40 minutes of six different ski areas, including Keystone, Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, Breckenridge, and Vail.
Situated on the Blue River this home places you in the heart of Silverthorne. The location of the home places you minutes away from I-70, the main highway that spans this stretch of the Colorado Rocky Mountains making it easy to explore the surrounding areas with ease. You are also within walking distance to shops and the shuttle stop where you can jump on the Summit Stage bus line that has routes connecting you to Silverthorne and Breckenridge, and the neighboring communities. A two-minute walk from the home will take you to the Annie Road bus stop where you can ride for FREE on the Summit Stage bus lines. For those with a car, you are a 10-minute drive from Dillon, 12 minutes from Frisco, and within 35 minutes you can find yourself exploring Breckenridge and Vail. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, a shared hot tub, a ski locker, and one reserved parking space. Additional parking is available in a shared parking lot, this parking is first-come first serve.
In the second bedroom, please note, the max weight for the top bunk is 200lbs and for your safety it's best to ensure whoever sleeps on the top bunk does not exceed the weight requirement. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
