Enjoy the quaint mountain town life at this charming 2 bedroom condo situated in Frisco. Located on the third floor of the complex, this condo offers some stunning mountain views for you to enjoy from the private balcony. The condo has shared access to a lovely clubhouse with several amenities for you to enjoy such as outdoor and indoor hot tubs, a sauna, racquetball and tennis courts, and more. Adventure and relaxation await you at this peaceful Frisco condo! Guests will find the condo on the third floor, and while there is no elevator so guess will need to climb three flights of stairs it will be well worth it when you step inside the condo to find a space filled with natural light, high vaulted ceilings, and great mountain views. As you walk further into the home you will arrive at the open living space featuring a spacious kitchen and eating area connected to the living room. The lovely fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up your delicious creations. With beautiful white countertops, an oversized sink, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen island, this will be the chef in your group’s favorite place to hang out. Take your meals or snacks straight from the kitchen counter over to the kitchen island where you will find four barstools. This space is large enough for a family-style meal or working away on a puzzle. Connected to the kitchen is the living room, a bright space with lovely artwork and great views out of the sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. In the living room, you will find a comfortable leather couch with an ottoman, two reading chairs, a coffee table, and two side tables, all situated around the lovely gas fireplace. Warm up by the fire in this relaxing space, enjoy a movie night from the mounted TV in the room, or head out to the balcony for some fresh mountain air. On the private balcony, you will find two patio chairs and a propane bbq. The balcony looks over a tranquil setting with snow-capped mountains and trees all around. When you are ready to settle in for the night head back down the hallway where you will find two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom is located to the right just after you enter the front door and features a comfortable queen-size bed, two nightstands with lamps, a dresser, and a window looking out to the alpine trees. Adjacent to the first bedroom is the condo's bathroom where you will find a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space and a shower/tub with a sliding glass door. The second bedroom is located up a short set of stairs and is a loft-style space featuring two twin XL-size beds with a dresser and additional shelving for extra storage space. In addition, a short walk across the parking lot will take you to the clubhouse which guests have access to. The clubhouse is full of amazing amenities that include 4 hot tubs, 3 outdoor and 1 indoor, an indoor pool, a steam room, a dry sauna, a locker room, tennis and racquetball courts, a workspace with a cozy fireplace, and a laundry area with washers and dryers that take card and coins. Frisco is located just off I-70 making it easy to stay connected to the surrounding Breckenridge area during your stay. Served by the Summit Stage bus service, a FREE bus service, you can easily stay connected to Breckenridge, Dillon, Keystone, Silverthorne, and other surrounding areas with ease. Just a 10-minute walk from the condo will take you to the Granite St. bus stop connecting you with the Summit Stage bus making it easy to reach four, world-class ski resorts in Summit County with no parking hassle. If you will have a rental car you can easily reach the slopes on your own with Keystone Ski Resort and Breckenridge Ski resort within a 25-minute drive from your front door! This condo's great location makes it easy to walk to many of Frisco's main attractions, eateries and shops, and abundant outdoor recreation. Frisco's bustling Main Street is less than a 15-minute walk away, or with just a quick 10-minute walk you can be out exploring the hiking trails at Rainbow Lake Trailhead. Other top attractions in the area are within a 10-minute drive from the condo such as Frisco Bay Marina or Old Dillion Reservoir. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests will have access to the entire condo, outdoor balcony, and one designated covered parking spot, which requires a parking pass. There is one additional parking spot available in the uncovered parking lot. In addition, guests will have access to the lovely clubhouse located a short walk across the parking lot on the ground floor with amenities that include 4 hot tubs, 3 outdoor and 1 indoor, an indoor pool, steam room, dry sauna, locker room, tennis and racquetball courts, and a laundry area with washers and dryers that take card and coins.
Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please note, this home is on the third floor of the building. There is no elevator, therefore guests will need to climb three flights of stairs to reach the condo. Individuals with health issues may want to consider other accommodation options, however, most people that are moderately fit will have no problem. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the indoor pool and fitness center are available daily with set hours.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
