Inside the condo you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including access to a range of shared amenities such as an indoor pool and hot tub. Your ideal home away from home for a couples getaway or small group trip. As you arrive at the home you will find a private ski locker located directly across from the front door making it convenient to store your outdoor gear before you head inside. Step inside where a tiled entryway greets you with the home’s cozy bedroom tucked off directly to your left. A peaceful retreat, the bedroom will ensure you a good night’s rest so you will be recharged and ready for another action-packed day of fun! Outfitted with a king-size bed, the room is filled with natural light and artwork adding a welcoming charm to the space. The bedroom includes matching nightstands with lamps, a 9-drawer dresser, a 40” TV, and plush carpeting, you will have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Adding to the luxury of the bedroom is an en suite bathroom, which is a jack-n-jill style bathroom. Attached to the master bedroom is a room with a large closet featuring sliding glass doors, and a spacious vanity on the other side. From this bathroom, you can access the condo’s full bathroom where an additional single-sink vanity and a bathtub/shower combo are located. The shared bathroom can also be accessed from the hallway making it easy to share for those staying in groups. Down the hallway, the home opens up to the kitchen/dining/living room which seamlessly blends in an open layout. The space boasts a cozy ambiance with warm wood details, stylish decor, and beautiful views over Keystone Mountain. The living room offers an inviting space to kick back and unwind with a plush L-shaped couch and 2 chairs situated atop an oversized rug with a lovely marble-top coffee table and an end table with a lamp creating a home-like feeling to the space. Curl up on the couch while you warm up by the fireplace, or enjoy a movie on the 75” TV, this space is set up for entertaining or relaxing. At night turn the living room into an extra sleeping space and convert the couch into a pull-out bed, this room is a dynamic space ready to meet all your needs. Along the back wall is a sliding glass door that opens up to the private balcony where you will find 2 patio chairs so you can sit back and take in the views of Keystone. On the other side of the living room is the well-equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to put together a delicious meal with like new appliances, spacious countertops, and a kitchen bar with two barstools. The kitchen looks over the living room making it easy for the chef to enjoy the mountain view while preparing dinner! Conveniently positioned between the living room and kitchen is the dining area where a dining table with seating for 4 awaits you. Rounding out the home is a stacked washer and dryer located in a hallway closet. Guests of the condo can also enjoy the shared on-site amenities which include an indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Neighborhood


This home offers an amazing location in the heart of Keystone with incredible access to the ski slopes at Keystone Ski Resort. A quick 1-minute drive will take you to the River Run Gondola parking where you can leave your car and jump onto the lift that will take you to the top of Dercum Mountain. Another option for easy access to the ski slopes is Peru Express, located an 8-minute drive from the home. After a day on the mountain enjoy exploring the various lodges, entertainment options, restaurants, cafes, and breweries in the area. In the summer months take a stroll along the Snake River, go hiking at the Keystone Gulch Trail, or enjoy a round of golf at the Keystone Ranch Golf Course. Be sure to spend a day exploring the neighboring communities of Dillon and Silverthorne, which are less than 15 minutes away. Dillon Reservoir, home to the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina makes for a scenic outing or you can hit the shops at the Outlets at Silverthorne. A quick day trip to the historic mining town and ski hub of Breckenridge is also less than 30 minutes away and is a must-visit with its historic Main Street full of charming breweries, galleries, cafes, and shops.

Transit


Just a short walk from the home, you will find a stop for the FREE shuttle easily connecting you to all of Keystone. The shuttle runs on the silver, yellow, purple, and blue route connecting you to Keystone Resort and the several lifts in the area. Explore Keystone on foot, or drive to just about anywhere in Keystone in 5 minutes. During the winter months, you are only a one-minute drive away from the River Run Gondola, and 8 minutes from Peru Express lift, both options will get you out on the slopes in no time. You are also within a 30-minute drive or less from the slopes at Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, or Arapahoe Basin. Or get out and explore many of the other charming mountain towns in this area. Dillon is a 12-minute drive away, while Silverthorne is 14 minutes and Frisco is an 20-minute drive. From this home, you can be in Breckenridge in under 30 minutes or Vail in 40 minutes. Public transport is also an option with the Summit Stages FREE bus' Rasor Drive bus stop on the Silverthorne-Keystone-Dillon route located a 3-minute walk from the home. Hop on this FREE bus and find yourself connected with the entire Summit Stage Free Bus system, which makes it easy to explore this one-of-a-kind mountain oasis. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire home, a private ski locker, and two parking spots in the parking lot in front of the building. Guests will also have access to shared amenities which include an indoor pool, hot tub, and a sauna.

Notes


Please note that, like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
