Space


Enjoy year-round fun from this well-located 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo! Situated at the base of Canyons Village, you are just a few minutes walk away from the Cabriolet Shuttle Lift, getting you out on the slopes in no time. Or, jump on the FREE Park City bus line to head downtown or to one of the surrounding communities. After a day of exploring, return to the home to relax and unwind, and be sure to check out the great shared amenities. The shared pools have a great deck space to enjoy in the summertime, and indoor and outdoor hot tubs provides a great spot to ease sore muscles. Once you enter the inviting condo, you will be greeted by the well-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. In the kitchen you will find stainless steel appliances, a range of cookwares, and a tall table with 4 bar stools that can be used as a kitchen island for meal prep, or a dining table for meal time. Adjacent to the kitchen is the cozy living room, a light filled space with a sliding glass door leading out to the private patio. The living room is set up for socializing and relaxing, with a comfortable couch and two chairs to kick back and relax in while spending time with your loved ones. The room’s furnishings are positioned around the LG flat-screen TV and fireplace, so you can curl up by the fire while watching the falling snow, or enjoy a movie night. The living room is a dynamic space that can be used as an additional sleeping area, with the couch doubling as a pull-out bed. Step out the sliding door to the private patio, the perfect spot to take in the fresh mountain air or bask in the sunshine. The patio includes a BBQ and a table with two chairs, so you can enjoy meals outside on nice summer days. When you are ready to tuck in for the night, you will find the comfortable bedroom just off the living room. Get a good night’s rest in this cozy space, outfitted with a queen-size bed, a 3-drawer dresser, and two lamps creating a cozy ambiance, you will feel right at home in this room. From the bedroom, you can access the full bathroom. The full bathroom provides extra space with two separate single-sink vanities, the first accessed from the bedroom, and the second can be accessed from the kitchen. In the middle of the two vanities is a third room with the toilet and a step-in shower with a glass door. Be sure to check out the community amenities! Soak in several pools (including a wading pool for the kids), an indoor hot tub, or an outdoor hot tub. Play on the volleyball court, tennis courts, or the horseshoe pitch. A picnic area and clubhouse are available for a relaxed meal or a meetup.

Nestled at the base of Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort, this condo is your gateway to an exhilarating alpine adventure. A 10-minute walk from the home will take you to the Red Pine Gondola, providing easy ski access. Or walk 10 minutes to Canyon Village, a European-style village where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, grocery stores, and entertainment options. What sets this location apart is its unique proximity to both Canyons Ski Resort and Park City Mountain. At the base camp area of Canyons Ski Resort, you can be seamlessly connected to Park City Mountain via a gondola, granting you access to both mountains on a single lift ticket. Even more options await with just several lifts less than a 15-minute walk away such as Cabriolet Ski Lift or Orange Bubble Express Lift. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 15-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. Or get in some shopping at the outlets located in Kimball Junction, just a 9-minute drive from the condo. Transit


This home is located at the base of Canyons Village, placing you within walking distance of Red Pine Gondola. Easily get around the area with the FREE shuttle line - the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle - that will pick up guests outside the condo's building and take them to the base of the ski resort and back. Take advantage of the FREE Park City Transit Bus System and make the five-minute walk up the road to Canyon Resort Drive, or walk 10 minutes to the Canyons Village Transit Hub, where you will find multiple bus stops that will connect you to the entire transit system. This bus route will connect you to just about anywhere in this area, from Kimball Junction to Deer Valley Resort and everywhere in between. The FREE Main Street Trolley is also available once in Park City and is an iconic way to explore the historic area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Access


Guests will have access to the entire condo, including keycard access to the 2 community pools, 2 hot tubs, and a sauna. Guests will also have access to two parking spots in the shared parking lot, which is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Notes


Recreation Facility Hours: Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day): 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Winter (Thanksgiving to the 2nd weekend of April): 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM. **The Red Pine Clubhouse opens for the winter season on Friday, November 29th, 2024.** There are two community pools, two hot tubs, and a sauna which are located inside the clubhouse. Please be aware of clubhouse and pool rules (full details on our website). Important reminders: A pool pass is REQUIRED for access to the pool, hot tubs, and sauna Absolutely NO GLASS, ALCOHOL OR SMOKING The guest limit is 10 guests per Townhome unit Please bring towels from your unit Red Pine Community: Rules and Regulations Pool and Clubhouse - No glass or alcohol: Prohibited items include glass bottles, alcohol in cans, and all other forms of alcohol - No smoking or vaping: Prohibited items include cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapes, cigars, joints, and all other smoking materials. As per the Utah Clean Air Act, smoking is not permitted within 25 feet of any building or recreational area -Pool passes are required for entry -Maximum pool guests for Townhomes: 10 people -All children must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 at all times -Failure to abide by Pool and Clubhouse rules may result in loss of pool access. Red Pine Townhomes - Parking: Each unit has two parking spaces in their carport – one covered, one uncovered. - Residents must only park in the spaces connected to their own unit. - Vehicles may not be parked in front of dumpsters or on the street to allow for trash pickup and snow plowing. Trash - All waste (trash and recycling) must be placed in the appropriately marked bins. - Absolutely no furniture, appliances, or construction waste is permitted in the Red Pine dumpsters. These items must be hauled off property to a dump. Clubhouse notes: The Clubhouse is closed from the second weekend in April until Memorial Day and from the day after Labor Day to Thanksgiving for repairs and maintenance. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

House Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Rental Property. A $500 smoking fee will be charged to guests if smoking inside Rental Property occurs or evidence is found of smoking inside. 2. People other than included in the Guest Count may not stay in the property. Any other person on Rental Property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. Quiet Hours are 10pm – 8am. Excessive noise inside these hours are not permitted and will result in eviction and cancellation with no refund. 4. Rental Property is privately owned; Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the Rental Property or its facilities. The Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest and Rental Party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guests and Rental Party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the Rental Property or others whom they invite to use the Rental Property. 5. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses. 6. Pets are not allowed. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged and Guest will be evicted. 7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property unless used for amenities outside the property such as shared hot tub and pool areas. Please return the linens in the Property after use. 8. Water and Septic: The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you will be charged for any damages incurred by Property Manager or Owner. 9. Renter(s) are responsible for themselves, their family and guests at all times. Children should be supervised at all times. 10. If Rental Party exceeds the maximum occupancy Guest will be asked to leave the Rental Property with no refunds. Infants under 2 years are not counted. 11. At least one parent or adult must be present at all times when children under the age of 16 are in the Rental Property or using any of outdoor facilities such as Hot Tub. 12. Owner/Property Manager is not responsible for money, jewelry, or other valuables lost, stolen, or left behind in the Rental Property, but will use their best effort to remedy the situation. 13. No rowdy behavior is permitted. Guests must behave at all times, in a reasonable and proper manner and act in a way as to protect the Rental Property, its contents and furnishings against damage. Failure to do so could result in eviction. 14. No subletting of the Rental Property or assigning of this agreement is permitted. 15. Please note that we charge per guest after a set number. Please provide the entire group count in your reservation request. If an update to the group count is needed after confirming the reservation, the reservation cost may increase. 16. Guest must obtain approval prior to checking in early or check out late. If Guest enter the Rental Property before agreed upon Check In Time or leave the Rental Property after agreed upon Check Out Time, Guest will be charged $50/half hour. 17. Guest is responsible to learn and understand any mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19 before confirming a reservation. 18. Guest agrees to follow all local, state and federal level mandates, restrictions or public health orders relating to COVID-19. Violations that result in fines based on Guests' actions will be passed on to the Guest. 19. Guest agrees that they are 25 years of age or older. 20. If applicable, Guest may be responsible for loss of any parking passes/permits in amounts up to $400 per pass/permit. 21. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not allowed unless explicitly approved by Owner/Manager. If violated, a $500 fee will be charged to the Guest and Guest will be evicted.
