After a fun-filled day of exploring downtown Breckenridge, unwind in this deluxe 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo that will accommodate up to 4 guests. This condo offers a shared hot tub and a heated pool with stunning views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range. Relax in the comfortable living room featuring a cozy sofa that can be converted into a queen size pullout. The room also has an indoor gas fireplace where you can warm yourself up, while winding down and watching your favorite show in our flat screen TV. Access to the patio is in the living room, should you want to step outside for some fresh mountain air. The patio has a small seating area for up to 2 people where you can enjoy the tranquil sounds of nature with a cup of hot cocoa. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook a delicious homemade meal. Enjoy your dinner in the dining area with seating for up to 4 people. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a flat screen TV, where you can recharge for your next day of adventures. Right across the hall from the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Breckenridge STR License Number: 452430001
The condo is located steps from the heart of downtown Breckenridge where you will have access to plenty of art, music, theater, museums, food, and shopping experiences you won't want to miss. The Breck free ride bus will take you to the gondola with other fun stops along the way. This location is a perfect walk to Main Street.
The Breck free ride bus is a convenient option, with Base 9 bus stop on the Grey Route only a 5 minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around downtown Breckenridge. Uber/Lyft are always available.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, shared hot tub and pool (Closed October 18th to November 12th) with a view of the Ten Mile Mountain range, free parking space, and shared laundry facilities on-site.
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C. A parking pass is required for the free on-site parking space. The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates. 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please note, the hot tubs are available daily from 10am to 8pm, with a seasonal closure from October 19th until reopening on November 8th.

The check-in instructions were extremely clear, with pictures, which made everything smooth. The location is outstanding and close to downtown. The space itself is very clean and well stocked with everything you may need. The washer/dryer unit was locked and the passcode didn’t work, though we didn’t end up needing it. The mattress was firm and uncomfortable, so sleeping wasn’t the most pleasant part of the stay. Overall, though, we were very pleased and would definitely book again.

Great place to stay in the summer. Walkable to downtown and close to bike and hike trails. Pictures did a good job showing the condition of the unit and it was clean when I arrived. The condo stayed nice and cool and the first floor placement was very nice

Beautiful condo, well stocked with all the essentials! Even beach towels for pool which was just a few steps from the unit. Really enjoyed a soak in one of the 4 hottubs after a long day of hiking. The unit was a short walk to Main Street where all thr shops and restaurants are. If you arent up for a stroll you can jump on the free trolley. The trolley stop was a couple minute walk from the unit.
