Welcome to this well appointed one bedroom, one bathroom condo that is in the heart of Breckenridge! Once you arrive you can park your car and not use it during your entire stay. The gondola is two blocks away and a five-minute walk from the condo. All of the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are walking distance. The condo is perfect for couples and small groups and families that are looking to stay in the heart of Breck!

The bedroom features a bed that is slightly smaller than a standard Queen size, measuring 35 inches tall from the ground to the top of the mattress, 5 feet (60 inches) wide, and 77 inches long from head to foot. The family room has a Queen-size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been recently remodeled with a shower/tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal, and there’s a dining table with four chairs to enjoy it! After a day of fun, cozy up to the couch and find a good show or movie on the flat-screen Smart TV. The Val d'Isere Condominium building boasts an amazing location, and this unit includes a parking pass for one vehicle. The gondola is just a five-minute walk away, and all the shops, restaurants, and bars on Main Street are within walking distance. This unit is ideal for travelers looking to stay in an amazing location with convenient access to everything Breckenridge has to offer! The Historic District in Breckenridge offers access to art, music, theater, and food in addition to the attractions on Main Street and the Gondola.
The best part - once you park your car, you may not need to use it again! We are just a few minutes away from Main St, Ridge St, and the Gondola. Uber is available in town. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option with a stop for the Purple Route a block from the condo at the intersection of French Street and Wellington Road. But, you may just decide to walk everywhere!
Guests will have access to the entire unit, one parking space, and the building's laundry room.

It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay. We are in-town and available during your stay! 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days. Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Location is great and the host is super responsive. The condo itself is a bit dated, but in fair condition considering. Walking distance to the gondola and Main Street. I asked for a recommendation for ski rentals, I was very happy with their recommendation.

Exactly like the picture. convient place to get to the middle of all the town action. easily walkable. the bed is a bit high but it didn’t bug us. full kitchen with cookware incase you want a meal in. beautiful place!

The place was exactly as expected. Easy walk in ski boots to the gondola. Basically parked the car and didn’t touch it other than the 2 mile drive to the gym. Otherwise completely walkable to anything you need. We utilized every part of the kitchen- stove, dishwasher, oven, and it all worked well. Plenty of dish ware and cooking supplies. Even though you’re in an apartment I did not hear anyone ever with the exception of some roll-y bags when people were coming and going and never during quiet hours. Would book again for a long ski trip.
